PECO has down quickly over the past year especially in Pennsylvania! No bills, improper bill practices, estimated bill, not accurate, random bill add ons, no one to truly speak with! Power losses, turning off/on,If this has happened to you call all elected officials you can: Senator, Congresswoman, State reps, Office of Consumer Advocacy, local city offices! This is A MESS!
