I'm sudha. While searching job in monster India, I seen Canada job posted by them.It's illegal to post or recruit for oversea job according to India government without registering with Ministry of external affairs.
For that they insisted me take Pr visa. But I told I don't have that much money. They told I will get good pay scale, flight tickets even accommodations by Canada company. And they insisted me to go on instalment. Actually till now I don't get proper invoice bill. When paying balance got delayed, they asked penalty and not sharing Ids and passwords but they use to insist us to go for instalment then later they charge penalty. Mainly their people who assist me and gave promises got vanished during process. Later After getting ₹2950 + ₹59,000/- money from me, they said no guarantee for job. Then I stopped my process with them and asked my refund. I used writer my experience review about them. For that, Mr. Rundra from pear visa threatened me like filling FIR so it can spoil my aboard career. I recorded all their call. Most of their positive reviews are give by the people who are working online for them to get client. Every conversation, you make it clear through mails and always record their calls. For posting this also, I will be threaten. No company will not have this rating. It's created by them using marketing people.
Actually for sign up process I deposited ₹59,000/- but they mention ₹35,400/- in invoice bill. Beware of this fraud company.

I am writing to share a cautionary experience regarding an immigration consultant service that I recently encountered.

I would like to bring to your attention that the consultant, PearVisa is not registered with the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council(ICCRC). Despite initially engaging their services and paying a significant fee of 80,000 INR approximately, my case has not been processed, and I have been unable to reach them for over a year.

This unfortunate experience has left me deeply concerned about the legitimacy of their services. I urge you and others to exercise extreme caution when considering immigration consultants and to verify their ICCRC registration status before engaging with them. My goal is to prevent others from falling victim to fraudulent or unreliable services and losing their hard-earned money.

Please be vigilant and prioritize your due diligence when seeking immigration assistance. ICCRC registration is a crucial indicator of a consultant's credibility and adherence to ethical standards.
