They charge without asking and not right to charge automatically. The experience is very bad

There was no indication until I got through the process that there was a fee. I MIGHT have to convert a PDF every once and a while, but you want me to sign up for something else. Bait and switch

Online I paid £1,40 for a file conversion and it didn't specify that there will be girder payments monthly. They are a scam. I asked for refund and they didn't give it to me. Scams.paypal didn't want to refund me and neither pdfsimple.

However if not cancelled within the agreed 14 day period it will renew into the auto subscription. Based on the submitted picture, our support team is asking you to drop the dispute with PayPal. This is requested because while the dispute is active the PayPal system will be locked in a way that will not allow a refund to be reflected back to your account.
