A scam and a catch 22. They'll entice a busy you by offering a free trial for $1.95, knowing that you probably won't read a fine print that automatically charges your account $39.95 every four weeks. I caught it after a few days though and the chat person responded, "We refunded your payment and it should be in your bank account within 7 to 14 days depending on your bank. We also canceled your account from our end." When I didn't see the refund, the chat person assured me of a full refund if I submit "1. Transaction Receipt, 2. Date of the transaction, 3. Amount of the transaction, 4. PayPal email charged", which is a head-scratcher since they must have all these. But all they wanted was proof from me that I was charged more than a month ago, ergo that I was not entitled to a refund - a CATCH 22, since I had only a chat conversation as proof of cancellation!

File conversion to word was VERY poor, not sure it was worth it based on the amount of editing that will need to be done to get into a working format

The conversion of tabulated text in a pdf to a word docx does not work.
All data ends up in a single column.
The 14 day trial is charged af 1.95 but this is a subscription and you must cancel or get billed 39 monthly.
That model of subscription billing is in most people's minds a scam. Especially so if the product does not work so it's a lure and a trap.
Advice, cancel immediately and get your card stopped andcrtplaced so they cannot gouge you.
A very American business model. This behaviour is disgusting to civilised people. Time to grow up guys and treat people decently.

I paid for this service to make a PDF and began noticing a charge of $40 on my account shortly after. Once I noticed this charge I cancelled the service. Now two months later I am still being charged for a service that I am not using. STAY AWAY from this site, they unethically use your card information and bill you even after you cancel.
You cancel your subscription and they lie to you and charge you anyways then continue and lie to you and send you on a wild goose chase, I had to have PayPal fix this as they tried to steal money from me. I literally had support agents from this site mock me and lie to my face to avoid giving me my money back from their unauthorized charge.

It is mentioned in the billing page before you pay what will happen to your account after the 14 day trial ends. After every subscription purchase we send an email to our customers to confirm their purchase. Once you cancel the account you will receive an email confirming the cancelation no further charges will be made. If you do not cancel your account it will be remain as an active subscription. This piece of crap doesn't work so I canceled it the same day. To my surprise, I was billed today for $39.99. The rudest man on the phone told me I did not cancel it until today and was asking if I received a notification. Hello, you guys intentionally give notification, so you can renew it again and jacked us up with a paid subscription. I man on the phone was mad that I blocked you guys from Paypal, so I am not not eligible for refund.

After trying the product, if you do not wish to continue, call or go online to cancel before the trial ends or change the subscription to a different plan. If no cancellation or change of plan is made, then you move over to our auto-renewing base subscription plan for $39.95. If you issue a dispute with paypal we will not have access to issue a refund it has to be with them.
