It took me 3 times over the course of 6 months to get the subscription cancelled! I kept seeing the charge on my bank account after cancelling online, then trying to cancel through Apple Pay because it was what was used to purchase the trial. When I saw the charge come through this month I was livid. I called them and finally got through an actual person and demanded a refund and immediate cancellation. Don't trust them. Make sure you get a confirmation direct from them you had cancelled otherwise they will continue to charge you their subscription fee monthly hoping you don't catch it and it slips through. Shady bastards with poor business ethics is what they are.
I ask for a refund in the 30 days period and I am still waiting for.

Not even a good working product. No free trial, $40 after the first two weeks. Very dishonest marketing, dishonest pricing, and customer service persons who are fully aware of this and happy to take your money because of a loophole.
Advertises itself as a free pdf and signature editor, but then you are required to pay to download your PDF. There is no free trial option. The 14 days trial still has to be paid for. Also, the application is slow. I had to click on the text feature a couple of times before it worked for me. Definitely not going to use this moving forward

I needed to convert a pdf document to a word document and i found this company online. On the first page, they advertise their service as free, however as I tried to convert the document, they asked to pay 1.50 using my credit card. I don't mind paying for services, so I paid and i thought this was the end of it. Mind you the conversion was less than ideal as I had to spend a considerable amount of time editing the converted word document. I knew I would never use their service due to lack of efficiency.
Almost 2 months later I checked my credit card and I noticed they had charged my credit card twice for $ 40, a total of $ 80. Called them to inquire about it and they said that they offer 2 weeks free for service (though I had already paid for a one-time use) and after that there is an automatic subscription that is renewed each month. They insisted the information is somewhere on their website. I did not notice it and even they may have put in fine print, it was not readily apparent. Long story short they refused to reimburse me and they suggested that the mere fact I used their service would imply I had agreed to subscribe. They even had the audacity to offer me a promotion for me to stay with them!.
In any event, I found their lack of transparency deceitful and unethical. I wonder how many customers like me end up paying $ 80 or more for using their service only once. So if you wish to use them, make sure to cancel within 2 weeks. As for myself, I will file a complaint against them..

I did use their service one time and paid with my credit card. I did not see any notice that they would be charging me on a monthly basis. However, one month later they billed my credit card for $39.95. I called them to complain, and they became very aggressive and said I had agreed to the monthly charge by using their service one time. I advise other people to stay away from this vendor. It is just another scam or fraud to get your credit card number. And, they're not located in the USA which is a big red flag right there. BEWARE!

J'ai voulu résilier mon abonnement et être remboursée. J'étais dans mon droit puisque ça faisait quelques jours seulement et j'avais jusqu'à 30 jours pour annuler. J'avais payé avec Paypal et le remboursement se faisait donc sur Paypal. Voilà qu'une notice m'indique que le remboursement a été effectué et pourtant, un remboursement de.30$ seulement au lieu de 57.95$ figure dans mon compte en banque relié à Paypal. Je n'ai jamais eu de problème ni avec Paypal ni avec mon compte en banque. Alors, conclusion, je vous attribue la faute.

What an annoying and underhanded company! After I complained they offered less expensive plans, but without asking how much I was likely to use it or if I was a business user, they set me up with a plan that's almost $500 a year!

Predatory payment plan of 2 dollars for 14-days, with fine print not clearly highlighted or obvious below stating it will begin charging your card a monthly sum unless you remember to cancel your subscription. Scumbags. No offer of any compensation for poor ethics from them - sharp practice avoid using them. Standard rely from them doesn't excuse their poor customer service and bad business practices.
