Not even a good working product. No free trial, $40 after the first two weeks. Very dishonest marketing, dishonest pricing, and customer service persons who are fully aware of this and happy to take your money because of a loophole.
Online I paid £1,40 for a file conversion and it didn't specify that there will be girder payments monthly. They are a scam. I asked for refund and they didn't give it to me. Scams.paypal didn't want to refund me and neither pdfsimple.
The document has not been translated from English to Spanish and the charge to my CC has been applied.

It took me 3 times over the course of 6 months to get the subscription cancelled! I kept seeing the charge on my bank account after cancelling online, then trying to cancel through Apple Pay because it was what was used to purchase the trial. When I saw the charge come through this month I was livid. I called them and finally got through an actual person and demanded a refund and immediate cancellation. Don't trust them. Make sure you get a confirmation direct from them you had cancelled otherwise they will continue to charge you their subscription fee monthly hoping you don't catch it and it slips through. Shady bastards with poor business ethics is what they are.

I did use their service one time and paid with my credit card. I did not see any notice that they would be charging me on a monthly basis. However, one month later they billed my credit card for $39.95. I called them to complain, and they became very aggressive and said I had agreed to the monthly charge by using their service one time. I advise other people to stay away from this vendor. It is just another scam or fraud to get your credit card number. And, they're not located in the USA which is a big red flag right there. BEWARE!
You all did a "bait and switch." Your advertisement, via Google, stated that the editing would be "free of charge" which is why I gave it a try. However, as you know, once I had completed my editing I have to enter my financials to retrieve it!

J'ai voulu résilier mon abonnement et être remboursée. J'étais dans mon droit puisque ça faisait quelques jours seulement et j'avais jusqu'à 30 jours pour annuler. J'avais payé avec Paypal et le remboursement se faisait donc sur Paypal. Voilà qu'une notice m'indique que le remboursement a été effectué et pourtant, un remboursement de.30$ seulement au lieu de 57.95$ figure dans mon compte en banque relié à Paypal. Je n'ai jamais eu de problème ni avec Paypal ni avec mon compte en banque. Alors, conclusion, je vous attribue la faute.

Not only did they falsely advertise their "Free" service but they bait and switch you once you've spent all your time editing your document and at the last second tell you oh by the way its $2 for 14 days of access. Which granted is not that much money but for a website that advertises as a "Free PDF editor" it isn't actually free. In their plain language on the website it says "Free PDF editor. Easily Upload, Edit, and Download." This would make the common consumer think that the download is also FREE. Don't use this website. Don't pay them your money. They should be sued for false advertisement.

What an annoying and underhanded company! After I complained they offered less expensive plans, but without asking how much I was likely to use it or if I was a business user, they set me up with a plan that's almost $500 a year!
Easy to access and good price for 14 days trial. Yet PayPal was charged and my credit card were charged for the 1.95. I open a request for reimbursement and your contact information was provided to follow up to only charge my credit card ending in 0203 was only charged

Advertises itself as a free pdf and signature editor, but then you are required to pay to download your PDF. There is no free trial option. The 14 days trial still has to be paid for. Also, the application is slow. I had to click on the text feature a couple of times before it worked for me. Definitely not going to use this moving forward

The worst app, they professionalism is 0, I use the app one time, never get any email about subsribsions or any payment, just one day they took from my card around 50$, I contact them and send them email and never get any respond. Customer care is 0, so so bad.
