PDFfiller

There are no technical issues with PDFfiller as far as I can see but in all honesty, I only set up the account for the free trial as the prices are quite high. I feel an option for people that rarely use it would be a good idea, maybe a pay as you go option which allows a person to just edit a small number of documents. This is certainly something I could see myself usign from time to time anyway. So apart from that, great job

fails to send faxes more often than expected. this was one of the reasons I chose to use PDFfiller and I've had quite a few disappointments.

I'd like to followup in a day or two. I haven't time right now. But the document I was working on did freeze at 45%.

I, all of a sudden, wasn't able to edit the embedded text in my document. I was prompted to start my free trial, so I assumed that would re-enable the feature. I started my free trial and I still cannot edit the embedded text in the document. Having to erase and create new text fields is a clunky way to edit the existing text.

Evaluated product for less than half a day, and ultimately found it would not suit my needs. Less than 24 hrs later, I got an email I had been charged for one year subscription. I contacted them immediately to cancel and they simply canceled the automatic renewal set for 2020. Thus, I paid $17 and change for something I got absolutely nothing out of. I call that a scam.

It is difficult to find the document I have created. It should be marked or in a separate file. I scrolled through lots of them till I found what I wanted, yet every single one is listed, and it is hard to tell which is my completed one without opening and reading until I find it. The document does not fit properly on a legal sized paper compared to Air Commercial forms I have used in the past. This is a very non-user friendly format. I should not have to search for my saved material and it should print like it appears on the screen.

It is hard to organize faxes, so they can be easily looked up later and to be sent again. Some documents emailed never arrive!! It is a good service for filling PDF documents but not for faxing them and organizing them. Please, please improve your platform and service!

had a problem with trying to print I have two copies that are incorrect and can' find how to delete, also I had to pay twice to get finally a print How do I get one of my paid $20 back. Your system is not clearly explained for a older computer user

I find pdf filler difficult to work with - it's almost impossible to 'erase' anything and I still haven't managed to combine 2 pdf documents into 1 - it should be much easier to combine/add/drop pdf pages

Can't find where to quit a automatical renewal of my account next year. Kind of fishy for a accomplished Company :-(

I am having difficulty linking my documents to my website. I have been working at it for over 7 hours. Then I come to find out after I purchase the software, that anyone who fills out the document on my website, I have to log into pdffiller to retrieve it. Not happy that this was not explained before the purchase. I also never got my free trial as noted. It went straight to purchase before I could see all the work I did making my boxes fillable. Not happy! All customer service could do was send an outdated video as support.

I have made changes to an initial trial document and I like to check my progress as I go along. Especially on a more complex type of form so that when I'm done filling everything out and it fails to save changes, I will have to do it all over again. So far I have been unsuccessful at saving changes and later reopening the document and it has not saved the changes

There are so many steps for doing things, and it's not all clear how to do things. The document signing process seems especially convoluted and I've had people not be able to figure it out.

I tried to cancel this subscription immediately after signing up and paying nearly 80 dollars for it (I thought I was billed less than 10 dollars a month - but it was annual and nearly 100) but customer service did not understand my request and now I am stuck with the service so I feel obligated to use it as much as humanly possible.

Free trial but it's confusing to unsubscribe. I used it once and try to unsubscribe. Customer service would not answer emails or refund my money. RUN AWAY!

as i'm writing this your software managed to move a file to the trash bin and somewhere else.

I love all the functionality, but your interface is clunky and fully of quirky click requirements.

Also file management is unmanageable. Cloud connections are a great idea, nearly every time I try to use it files are not available or missing.

Gave you 2 stars because of certain features that work. If it were not for that I would find an alternatively quickly. Just not enough time to trial another tool - so you got me for now.

The program would not allow me to delete sentences. I had to erase them. It locked up and wouldn't do anything. I logged out and back in and then it moved all my files to the trash. I logged out and back in again to recover my files from the trash.

Alignment of fields not easy with out some type of snap to grid. Sizing the actual field should have a size associated with it so that all additional fields are the same length.

I think I just read that with my annual subscription I can only save 5 documents to PC or cloud. Hope I am wrong. Also everything Google Search says about PDF Filler states you will be able to edit and save to Google Drive FOR FREE. Shady; false advertising.

It is not user friendly; i sent documents for my clients to sign them but they couldn't because the system didn't allow them

Too difficult to find self help solutions. Must always use support help for seemingly routine file management needs.

The PDF Filler doesn't work on large documents. I fixed a 20 page pdf file and it never saved it. I waited for 20 minutes and was almost late for my meeting. Finally I just printed out the file and used whiteout on every page. I have another larger document I need to correct today. Only one small correction. We will see if it works.

I find it confusing to find my documents. And I can't figure out Templates at all. Worse, yesterday, when I opened all my documents they were blank. so, I don't think this software is right for me.

You can sign up and receive a free month. Not sure how long this will last but after that, it can run you about $40 a month. Very expensive. But you can find some other sites that are free.
