Not 100% sure so I don't want to give misleading information. I can tell you this though, they are not on the up and up, they are crooks and if they take your money I suppose your personal info isn't off limits far as their list of crimes they do.

I hope that they don't. The problem that I had with them had to do with a renewal form for a passport. I had entered all of my personal information before I found out that it was a company website rather than a State Dept website. Despite the fact that they claim that they 'clearly' notify potential customers of that fact I saw no evidence of that. So, in answer to your question: I don't know but I hope that they don't save the information if you don't actually 'buy' they're 'service'.
