The conversion from Pdf to word was the smoothest I've seen. There are very few errors. AMAZING! After reviewing the document I noticed that the conversion dropped the letter F. If there were two f's in a word the conversion dropped one of them.

I am not a great computer application user but I found PDFfiller easy to use and figure out. I even was able to place an electronic signature on a document with a little trial and error. Very nice application that I will use more and more.

I just wanted to fill one document but I don't have full adobe on this machine. Then I wanted to print and I had to buy it to print which was okay as I need a system. It works great now that I am learning how it flows.

PDFfiller is not up to par with its conversion capability. I found it faster to re-type the document than to proceed with cleaning up the converted document. It might be good for very short documents, but not long ones.

Need to have more option to edit a document, like Microsoft Word.

When editing a document, there needs to be page breaks added. It appears as one long document until you go to turn it into a PDF where it is then broken into pages. It is impossible to get the spacing right since you have to go back and forth with the document.

The "Next" button seems to be getting in the way

The "Next" button seems to be getting in the way. Maybe having the next blank fill-in space highlighted would be more user-friendly.

The primary IRS form I filled out had a neat feature for checking boxes. The Schedules (A, B, O) I filled out I had to type "x" in the box. Not a big deal, but...

I only had this program because I forgot to cancel after the initial trial period. However, I have used it many times and find that it is easy to use and does what i need it to do. The only issue i have had is when I need to work with documents more than 150 pages and PD filler cannot accommodate that. Otherwise, I think it is great!

I am not getting help for what I need

I am not getting help for what I need. When sent to the library, and put in description of the form it does not pull up. Just an empty blank page. I need the form that has boxes to place photos in. Like the page in the form I'm working on.

At first it was good because I can type in all my answers on forms. When I was trying to find a form to use it was very hard to find your library of forms and the find the type I would need.

I recently filled out an application and sent it by email but the recipient never received it, twice. I had to print and drop it off.

The forms are good but they would be much better if the user could "snap to" the proper location when typing into a box. Without a "snap to" type guide it is difficult to place the cursor in the correct location within a box and especially difficult to get columns to line up.

Handy service, wish it was a little cheaper and a little more intuitive. It should be easy to fill in a form over and over but there is no save as, so you end up redoing your work a lot as it saves over it.

I am pleased that I can resend my document to a recipient because I initially documented the recipient's email address incorrectly. I was able to find out how to do this with all the helpful tabs and support information

Having better results with the site It is a lifesaver as far as my clients being able to sign consents on the screen and get them back to me. So far, the recipients of my docs have been able to follow the instructions and sign the docs without difficulty

It was a life saver for me as I transitioned my insurance business. It looks so much more professional to import supplemental applications and forms and complete them with a keyboard. In the past, I did them by hand even though I worked for one of the largest insurance agencies in the country. In the past, I was unaware of your product, or I would have bought it myself to use.
