Hourly fee unclear

CAREFUL! The first service form had no hourly rate, he told me verbally a rate that was affordable. After few days and with a lot of hours invested, he reveals the rate of $99/hour. The repair cost with this hourly rate was by then unaffordable. He took the computer worth $1,000 instead.
