I've ordered quite a few time with you, but one of my orders had a bad hard drive...I saw your policy saying that I would have to pay to return the pc to you to get it fixed. I don't think this is fair because it arrived with the hard drive not working...flashing folder...google searches revealed it was a possible bad hard drive or cable. I attached an external drive and it works now, so yeah...bad hard drive...not good...so I ordered 5 times and 1 of the 5 IMacs had that issue...all the rest where good, but yeah, that shipping policy needs to go. Thanks.

The computer monitor that I ordered was in good quality for it to be considered a Level C product. The customer service support provided was excellent and the delivery was quicker than most online companies I've ordered from previously. I will definitely order again from PC Liquidations.
