Purchased a $100USD Karma Koin code, went to redeem it, said insufficient balance. PCGameSupply support did nothing to remedy the situation. Told me to "contact the Karma Koin support" instead as if they would do anything about a code with $0.56 on it.

My experience has been mostly good but there are times that it's been taking too long to get my Interac e-transfer through so I've missed games because of it, I have been compensated for that after the fact but I use pc game supply daily and it would be nice to get a loyalist paysafe card once in a while
