Stole money! Take care PC Game Supply stole my money and when I asked them to refund after they canceled my order. They claimed they had no transaction on their side while the amount was deducted from my card, even after I sent them proof, now having to claim dispute with the bank.

I was looking for a place to order a digital PSN code for a friend in Canada. A gift for Christmas, and I went through the verification the first time. They canceled my order as soon as verification was done! I tried again, this time using PayPal, still the order was canceled immediately. Finally I tried with just my card and the same thing.
Tried talking to their CS department, but god all it is, a generic reply each time. No one ever actually gets back to you, a waste of time, disappointment and they just need to NOT be an authorized Sony PS4 retailer.
They cancel my order for no reason and take my payment. They claim they are refunding me but they have not done so
I purchase 100GBP of uk amazon gift card with paypal.
And they canceled my order. I was fine.
But the problem is THE REFUND WAS NEVER SENT.
And their costumer service is not even helping and just answer with the most textbook answer ever... and they said that the refund have been sent IMMEDIATELY to my paypal after cancellation. LOL! They never sent it
So i just open dispute the transaction to payal and hope for the best.

Up until now I used this site almost daily. Last night my husband purchased a paysafe for me and it was never and still has not been paid out to him. I have contacted support and they were able to find the etransfer from my husband but stated I would now have to wait until Monday for a manager to approve the paysafe code to be sent to my husband. I replied that was unacceptable and that I was sure there was a way to communicate with a manager tonight to resolve this. That was at around 9 PM now they will not reply to me. I did not expect this unprofessional behavior. I guess they don't care about their customers. I mean seriously how complicated can this be? It's not.
