We are a one-stop shop, offering these services for both residential and business clients. Our repair services include virus removal, data recovery, hardware replacement, soldering, and much more. These extend to desktops, laptops, tablets, cell phones, and include Apple and all other name brand products. Our installation services include home automation, alarm systems, and security cameras that you can access directly from your computer or cell phone. Likewise, with our staff of professional web developers, we offer server hosting, website design, mobile apps, and email configuration to give you an outstanding web presence. We make house calls! Our EMTs (Electronic Mobile Technicians) will come to your home or office to resolve any problems you may have. This service includes wifi issues, Internet problems, email set-up and more. Additionally, using our Remote Repair technology, you are able to allow us secure access to your computer directly over the Internet. This enables us to quickly evaluate and fix many problems without even opening the door! In addition to these, we also offer many services for our business clientele. Networking and security consultation, planning, implementation, audits, and training are just a few of our business-grade offerings. Our training is done by a Pennsylvania state-certified instructor. Additionally, our dedicated team of EMTs hold a variety of CompTIA certifications, including A+, Network+, and Security+. We take security seriously, and have a security specialist that holds one of the few CISSP certifications in NEPA. PC Doctors, Inc. opened its first location in 2002 with the goal of providing Northeastern Pennsylvania with quality, affordable, computer repair and networking services. Our main goal was, and still is, to provide the greatest services at affordable prices.
Over the years, we have learned exactly what our customers need and have found the best way possible to fulfill those needs. Because of our excellent reputation and ability to service our customers, we have been able to expand to three physical store locations in Pennsylvania and we now service the computer needs of the entire world through our Remote Repair Service.
