Despite a higher-than-usual commission fee and a lop-sided contract that ensures they will receive their entire commission if you switch service providers once your ERC application is filed, they will ghost you once you move forward with them. My application was filed in May. I finally received one reply - 2 months after my application was filed and after having to send many emails (no one answers their phones) for a simple status. I was informed the IRS is taking approximately 4 to 5 months to process ERC application. I am coming up on the 5-month mark and my inquiries are not responded to. How long do I wait, until I move on to a reputable and effective firm, with the exposure of having them surface to sue me for their commission? Steer clear. They are not Better Business Bureau rated, have multiple complaints and bad reviews and their contract sets them up to do nothing and then pursue you once you find someone who is effective and up and up on their services. Stay tuned I will update you as I make my way through.

Used this payroll service for my small business for 2 years. Was overcharged consistently. Finally, when we fired them, they charged the company a penalty (against the contract we signed) that is about 9 months charges of our new provider. Don't use these guys!
