On one of those occasions, a long, long time ago, they were double dipping in my account. Afterwards I found out this was a normal stale of doing business for them, as many had similar stories.

Customer support is no help! Barely speak a language that is understandable.
They take your money immediately but wait 7 days to refund your account. Very disappointed in their service. Will not keep or recommend EVER!
Ordered a piece of ham radio equipment they said shipment would be via UPS or FEDEX and the next morning I got tracking via UPS and when activated it shows a package was delivered the morning before I ordered it and it was another company`s tracking. I immediately files a case and they gave the crooked seller two weeks to respond and did absolutely nothing when he did not respond. A thief has more rights than you so thankfully I also went to my bank at the same time and they returned my money in 4 days-closed the case on pay pal and killed my account. Never again. So the thief still has the acount at Pay pal to steal more money. Pay pal is NO pal except of crooks.
Just tried to use my pay pal account to watch a nascar race off the computer and it did not recognize my pass word when i put it in so i am going to the bank and have them cancel my pay pal account i realy think this web site SUCKS A BIG ONEl
This website, although useful for people venting about their frustrations with PayPal, has to be a scam site that targets these vulnerable people. I was dissatisfied with PayPal to and started searching for a new merchant account to handle my credit card trans and found this site. The more and more I think about it, it's set up by this company called National Merchant Bancard. They probably have about 20 different sites that all list the same content. I've read scam stories about this co too! The terms of service and contract or full listings of rates are not fully disclosed, they just want you to sign up. Funnel your hatred and sign up with us and don't think twice? I didn't so I don't know for sure but common sense will say that this co is far from professional and what I would want from a Merchant working with me.
