They have cancelled my withdrawal for the 3rd time saying the bank account number is incorrect but I have sent them my proof of account letter from my bank multiple times. These guys are fraudsters! They are stealing from people all over the world and need to be stopped. I have all my proof and will assist in any investigation for as long as possible to stop these guys!

I processed 2 x payment requests to my client which were paid within minutes however Payoneer have still not (almost 3 weeks now) processed my payments! Customer service is useless, they have no real answer as to why not do they give any time line indications. FRAUD! Please do not use this platform!

I had my payoneer account for the last few years until they decided to close my account for no reason, and they state that they can't share the reason why. I use the account to pay my remote contractor in another country, been working together for few years. This is unbelievable.
When a company grows, they pick and choose what type of customers they want but when they first started everyone is welcome, this is BS.

Tip for consumers:
I advise anyone who used payoneer to stop using their service as they are NOT a reliable company, any account can be closed anytime without a warning

My first interaction with Payoneer: 4-16-2020, I received an email: "Your request to get payments from (omitted) is under review" with a customer ID. Payoneer approved request: no added information requested.
Despite being called a "customer" by Payoneer, my only relationship is with (omitted)—Payoneer is used as a payment processor. On 2-21-2024, I was notified by (omitted) and Payoneer by email I was due a payment.
From 2-28-2024, I contacted Payoneer MANY times to get the payment: Payoneer's site stated it should have been issued to me without further action.
Payoneer failed to remedy the issue OR issue payment, and then demanded my Personally Protected Information, which I refused to provide.
On 3-15-2024, I contacted the Better Business Bureau: I reported Payoneer's bad and unlawful conduct, I demanded Payoneer send payment owed to me, as well as $208.33 for my time and labor spent resolving the matter.
Only after the public BBB complaint did Payoneer send payment ($208.33 was not included): Payoneer employee "Svetlana" was unprofessional, rude, and continued to make materially misleading and false misrepresentations…Payoneer claimed I was to blame for Payoneer's failures; they alleged falsely I failed to use the correct email address.
Payoneer cannot balance its budget and increase profits by wrongly withholding funds it is obligated to pay. This is what Payoneer did between Black History Month and Women's History Month in 2024. Good Riddance!

Tip for consumers:
I do not recommend ANY reputable brand, company, or individual patronize Payoneer: I was made to spend more than 3.5 hours of my personal and professional time to resolve an issue Payoneer was solely responsible for resolving. The lack of respect and utter disregard for U.S. laws by Payoneer compels me to give this poor review to spare other decent humans from a similar experience with an unscrupulous business operating within the United States.

Dear Payoneer Management,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the recent experience I have encountered while attempting to open a business account with Payoneer. As a referral from Catawiki Romania, I had high hopes for a seamless process; however, the reality has been quite the opposite.

Despite diligently providing all requested documents, I have been met with repeated requests for the same information, resulting in unnecessary delays and frustration. Regrettably, after just two days of initiating the process, my account was inexplicably blocked, depriving me of access when I needed it most.

Efforts to seek resolution through your customer care channels have proven fruitless. Despite sending two emails outlining my concerns, I have received no response in the past five days. This lack of communication and ineffective support is disheartening, especially considering Payoneer's stature as a reputed financial service provider.

It is evident that there are systemic issues within Payoneer's customer care operations in Romania, Bulgaria, and Hungary. Many businesses in these regions, including myself, have been deterred from utilizing Payoneer due to the unprofessionalism and apparent lack of training among your customer service staff.

As a concerned customer, I urge Payoneer to reassess its approach to customer care in these regions. The handling of inquiries and support requests must be executed with professionalism, efficiency, and respect for the valuable time and trust of your clients.

Upon researching online reviews and complaints about Payoneer, I came across sites like PissedConsumer, Complaints Board, Trustpilot, Ripoff Report, etc., where I read many (and I mean MANY) customer reviews spanning several years, all complaining about the exact same procedure payoneer is using on me.

So, it seems this is not an isolated incident.

Almost a month has passed, and because I am tired of waiting for my money to be released, I will escalate this matter to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), a U.S.government agency dedicated to making sure you are treated fairly by banks, lenders and other financial institutions. Additionally, I will share this entire story with the International Consortium of Investigative Journalists (ICIJ) because they also appreciate learning about such corruption cases.

When you eventually get this message from payoneer "customer service" you know that you will never see your money again:

"I extend my sincerest apologies for the inconvenience caused. After thoroughly examining your case, I regret to inform you that it is still under diligent review and evaluation by our dedicated team. At present, we do not have any substantial updates or resolutions to provide you with as of this moment. Rest assured that our relevant department is actively working on resolving your concern expeditiously but comprehensively and will reach out promptly once a resolution has been reached or if further information becomes available."

If you enjoy taken for a ride and been treated like a fool by pretentious meaningless bla bla bla payoneer is the one to go for. No competition here.

Unfortunately, the transactation that was trasnfered to me by sender was cancelled. Payoneer said that this is due to internal error and that the funds will be returned.

It has been 3 weeks, and Payoneer is not able to resolve this issues.

Otherwise, call center employees are very helpful and respectful. But this still doesn't take care of my issue. And i am very frustrated about this.

I am ready to change review when the funds comeback, because otherwise service is very user friendly, help by phone is professional. But losing funds is a big problem, in my opinion.

Charged "Annual Account Fee" of $29.95 roughly just for not having transaction of $2000 within a year! How ridiculous! You're cutting away $3 from each transaction, wasn't that enough! You're robbing away hard earning money of lower-middle class freelancers of fiverr in absence of competitors. Everything will be remembered & justice will be done one day.

The most ridiculous part is you announced the new rule 1-2 months ago, but charging fees now without reaching end of year!

Tip for consumers:
Highly recommend to not use Payoneer for new members if they don't want to lose their money.

So they rejected a payment then when I proceeded to contact them via live chat they told me I need to have 200 on my account to receive a new card and payments. Pray tell, how the hell am I supposed to have 200 for 1 new card if I cannot receive any payments if my card isn't renewed?

Payoneer is a major fraud. My account had over $95,000 and they suddenly blocked my account. Now they are not replying OR answering. I only get automated replies saying that they can't tell me the reason (I suspect its because I traded in Crypto but I did nothing illegal. I have all receipts, trades and am verified with ID, face, selfie etc)

I have come across other people as well who got their accounts blocked due to different reasons

Tip for consumers:
STAY away. Find an alternate. Wise and Remitly are much better

I used their accounts service and money transfer. Account worked fine for 1 year, but once I had a lot of money, they closed my account suddenly without any warning and they are not telling me why nor releasing my funds.

I had an old account but I didn't use it very often. Then I had to get some payments so I could pay for university but as soon as I got a large amount from a relative, Payoneer locked my account. They asked for level 2, level 3 verification (again) which I sent and completed. Then I got an email my account has been disabled (blocked) and contact them. Been over 1 year, still waiting...

After that I can neither log in, nor get my money out!

Find better alternatives. Do some research on them, read all the bad reviews and make your own mind

Very irresponsive service in terms of customer care and resolving issues in their systems.
They even don't reply or reply after weeks.
My account was blocked for no reason and I contacted them 5 times but their agents are not replying.

My account was blocked and no explanation was given. When trying to log int, the message "please contact us" appears. I have sent Payoneer 3 messages, and they all said they would get back to me in 2 business days. That didn't happened.

Part of my salary is received via Payoneer, and it's outrageous that a company can do this, give no reason for it, and then don't reply to someone that uses their service.

To say that my experience with them has been horrendous would be an understatement. They have caused me untold distress and substantial financial loss with their unprofessional conduct, their seeming unwillingness to address my issues, and their absolute lack of transparency.

For months now, I have been diligently providing services for my clients and rightfully earning my income. Payoneer, however, has time and again unreasonably cancelled my payments, leading to a loss of over $8000. As a professional with obligations and bills to pay, this arbitrary cancellation of payments is not just frustrating but life-disrupting.

My complaints and pleas to them seem to fall on deaf ears. Their so-called "customer service" is nothing more than a façade, as my numerous interactions with them have resulted in empty promises and misinformation. This has further exacerbated the issue, adding layers of confusion and stress. The lack of basic communication and a proper response from their team is unacceptable and is indeed a clear reflection of their poor service.

To add insult to injury, they have once again rejected two payments without any justification or proper communication. The financial loss keeps piling up and is now reaching over $10,000. These arbitrary actions and their total disregard for the impact it has on my livelihood is truly reprehensible.

Payoneer's conduct is not befitting that of a responsible financial service provider. There are countless similar complaints echoing my sentiment across the internet. Their arbitrary rules and unprofessional conduct are creating a toxic business environment for small businesses and freelancers like myself.

I implore you to take immediate action against this company. Their tactics have caused me a significant financial setback and untold mental stress, and I fear they will continue to do so unless properly held accountable.

Payoneer is a scam, i think because i have complained their staff are punishing me because they reject payment with no valid reason. Imagine having your hard work rejected when you have bills to pay, if you want to avoid this avoid payoneer.

A bunch of crooks with awful customer service. They can block any of the transactions you make for no reason, place them on hold on it and keep using your money for free for weeks. Customer support lied to me as if the retailer is holding my money, but I have an official reply from the retailer ensuring me that my money has never reached them in the first place. NEVER EVER USE THESE SCUM. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND JUST IGNORE YOU.
Abject scum. They WILL keep your money. They will not help you, will send you endless circular emails asking for information - that they then ignore and state you have not given it.
You change your details, their computer will ask you for old details.
They will NOT put you through to complaints, will not release your money.
They are liars, crooks and will never answer a straight question.
They clearly use bots and are making a business out of stealing. Time is money as they sit on yours and gain the interest. If they do this to 100 people a month, its a lot of interest.

Never ever use them. Ever.

They are obviously using BOTS and will NOT respond to you effectively.
Their goal is to frustrate you so much that you go away, leaving them the money.

First of all, I want to let you know that these guys won't let you receive money.
It's been around 4 days since my client sent the amount through the Payoneer request payment feature.
I even sent them proof of my client who sent me the amount.
Also, they were not responding after 1 more day they sent me an automated email of. We need some additional information from you to process the following payment:

However, my account is long old a decade, and almost all the pending verifications are approved but still they never respond they hold your money for a long even if you are in a hurry.

No responsive support. Many holidays in a week.

Can not supply their regulators details - for 'Security Reasons!' How ridiculous! I received a payment on Monday morning - which was held for review, we were told 48 hours. After submitting all docs they requested we were told docs were verified successfully payment will be released. When we went to check there was a fresh set of docs they required so off course payment not released. We submitted those yesterday and now we are told another 2 days before they release. Asked Sharla for the name and contact details of their regulators which they refused to give for 'security reasons' Time of release has moved from 2 days to 'we will notify you as soon as it is resolved' in the last 5 mins! I run a small business and I am losing probably the biggest client I have ever signed because I can not perform on my contract with them.

Their customer service is absolutely horrible. When you need help you have to shift through articles and then it gives you the option of "live agent" but then it makes you send them an email which they immediately respond with an article from their website which solves nothing.

After months of fruitless attempts to access MY hard-earned money in my Payoneer account, I am left in complete disillusionment about this company's operations. Their customer service is a joke - or more aptly, a travesty! I've been met with robotic, uncaring responses each time I tried reaching out. Calls? They hang up. Emails? A pathetic copy-paste response that offers no solution.

I understand the need for security, but when a customer offers a myriad of documents to prove their identity, there should be SOME flexibility. Passport expired? I provided a birth certificate, social security card, a selfie (yes, a selfie), utility bills, my lease agreement... the list goes on! But alas, Payoneer's "support" is too rigid, too heartless to consider my plight.

And before anyone thinks this is an isolated incident, a quick sweep through social media paints a grim picture. Reddit, Twitter, forums – they're filled with dismayed users sharing their Payoneer horror stories.

In the vast world of online payments, there are choices, and Payoneer has proven to be the worst one I've ever made. Locked out, ignored, and disrespected. Buyer (or in this case, user) beware!

Trying to reach customer support for several days already. When I call they say that they can only provide support for active accounts. What about new users, huh?
Got my payment cancelled, have no idea why. Sent 4 emails, received same automatic answer over and over again. So how should I start using my account, if I can't receive funds, don't know the reason and customer support is not helping at all?
