I recently encountered a problem where I could not make online purchases using my card. I called the helpline and the staff was extremely helpful and professional. I was guided through the solution and almost immediately the issue was resolved. I was asked to try making purchase again and the representative stayed on the line till she got the confirmation of the successful purchase from my side.
Sometimes i just want to get straight to the customer service representative, i don't want to read FAQ. I was waiting in the line on the phone, and when i was #1 in the queue, the call terminated for some reason. So i have to call several times to reach out to the customer service representative, although the representative himself was very polite and assisting.

Got a verified account and then two weeks later I cannot access my funds. Wrote emails back and forth, gave a call to their customer care support twice who are helpful but cannot do more other than send the query to finance and tell you to wait for an email, which never comes. It's a bad experience when you cannot access your money for no reason.

The worst payment platform I have encountered. If it were up to me I will never use Payoneer. I am currently rallying for our company to discontinue the use of Payoneer. Their customer service cannot even provide valid answer as to why my pay is under pending status. The only explanation I received is that their payment department has not completed their review.

Since the company has repositioned itself, the customer service has been much more people-friendly. I am understood because I was made to understand. They made sure I was ok before coming off the phone.
