They have the best prices on the internet. I've already placed two orders with them in the two months I've had my new prescription. Their glasses aren't the best quality out there, just order more, I did, besides you need a pair here and there.

Had hoped glasses would actually be red (the primary color). They were actually more of a burgundy, but alright.
Ordering was easy, these were progressive bifocal and they are great, no problems. Followed easy direction and they came within a week.
Prescription was filled incorrectly--glasses not useable. I ordered glasses from Zenni with the same prescription and can see perfectly with them. Payne seems unwilling to admit they made a mistake. I'm surprised more of an effort was not made to keep me as a customer, since I had purchased many pairs of glasses from Payne previously.
Terrible. Even after a second try they couldn't get it right...and you can only try twice, before "no returns or refund". One might expect more opportunities to "get it right".

I decided to try progressive lens again (I couldn't adjust to peripheral vision, so I had gone back to line bifocal for several years). Decided to try progressive lens on this pair and they preform great without any adjustments. Also, the look I wanted and shipping was faster than expected during Christmas Holliday.

Took the same amount if time to get aside from the doctor but better because they are delivered to my house.
