Hire Scrytxdeco instead, their Professionalism at its finest. Scrytxdeco treated me like a person, not just a case. They understood how traumatic financial scams can be and handled everything with empathy and determination. I got all my funds back because of them. What I appreciated most about Scrytxdeco was their honesty. No false hopes or unrealistic promises — just clear communication and real action. They delivered exactly what they said they would. I got all my money back, and I owe it to them.

I paid $5,000 to recover lost funds, but the entire experience was a waste of time. They kept changing account managers, delayed progress repeatedly, and ultimately dropped the case without delivering any results after 3 years. I strongly advise others not to waste their money with this company.

My case was firstly assigned to Mr Ofek Meisel who wrote a few standard letters to the banks trying to recuperate my funds. Those letters are the same they send to all the institutions, they copy and paste and only change the name of the customer. They collected 2 500 US up front from me and promised me to get my funds back. Then my file was transferred to Ivan Dubinsky who did the same thing with standard, copy and paste letters. I wanted to retire myself from the case in late October 2024 but Mrs Rogen ( a boss) and Mr Dubinsky convinced me to do a video conference call but without showing their faces. I agreed to continue but Mr Dubinsky continued to send ramdom letters to the cryptocurrency platforms without any results. Then, a week ago in June 2025, they bluntly decided to withdraw themselves from the process. They play on peoples's emotions in promising reimbursements and refunds but they only do that to get more money from the public with the 2 500 US dollars deposit they ask up front. The letters they prepare are copied and paste and have no value. This company has no power to recuperate funds or Bitcoins or cryptocurrencies, they get a lot of money from vulnerable people who have already been scammed... Please avoid this company at all cost.

Do NOT use this company. Hadar and her team along with owners and supervisors are all a BIG scam. I engaged and paid for services over 18 months ago. They will copy and paste letters they have already used from past customers only to show they are working on your file. From the start they will make you feel like they will retrieve funds but it's all a big false scam. Do not use this company. Most of the work is trying to get letters to financial institutions to demand funds. They also promised to track all transactions. I have given them every single piece of data and info that existed from there request as they said with that info it would help and be very favorable to get back the funds. They didn't do any of this. They are scammers worst than anything I have seen. Next is putting an charge against them and have them in jail. Because that's where they all belong. Dont get scamed by them. You will regret it.

Stay away from this company. They are fake and not worth the time. I'm still hopeful I will get my money back that they stole from me. The date I'm putting down for experience is the last time I talked to someone. Its been a couple years that they sort of "worked" on my case. Which nothing ever came out of that either.

This is such a garbage company. They are fake and dont actually help you recover your funds. They had so many issues that they got shutdown by the FBI. The FBI allowed them to operate for some reason, but they are supposed to refund everyone that wants a refund. I requested a refund 7 months ago and they refuse to give me my money back. They have changed their numbers at least two to three times since they "reopened". They ignore my phone calls for updates on my case. They even have the audacity to tell me that they do not ignore my calls, when clearly they do. I call from different numbers and they answer right away. However, when calling from my number they have on file, never answer.

Please do not trust this company or use their service to try and retrieve your scammed monies. They make promises from the start and once you pay their initial service fee all they do is send their pre-prepared template letters to various organisations and regulators in the hope that they will act and retrieve your money. My case has been going for over three years and after the initial six months where their service appeared proactive and provided hope, I then found I was the one being in regular contact with them to seek update on my case. This company pretends to be a tiger with teeth, but actually they have no teeth or authority and solely rely on the regulators and other organisations which they ask you to send the letters to hoping they will get your money back. If this does not occur they do no follow up to any of the letters to the organisations and then they become more distant and their communication basically stops. They moved me from one case manager to the next without any pre-warning and then the same unprofessional lack of service continues to drag your case out. Eventually, when you push back and try to lodge a complaint you receive another letter template stating that they have exhausted all their options and they have closed your case.

They are a scammer they promises to recover you stolen funds but they only change your point of contact and later they send you a letter saying that they will stop working on your case. So they are scammers

Outright criminals that are soft puppets writing a bunch of bull$#*! positive reviews of themselves to suck people in take your money and do nothing for you. Did nothing for me retrieved nothing and preyed on me for $12,500 promising they would get my bitcoin back. Complete scumbag and someday I will find a way to take them down still looking for an Israeli lawyer to sue them for millions

After an unsuccessful attempt to resolve some extra charges, my account was suspended, causing me to lose access to around £90,000 (my initial deposit).

I invested 1500 USD and before finishing my investment. PayBack called me saying that I was getting scam. I had more that 5000 USD balance. After they call me my balance went to zero. So they told I had a big amount of money to rescue and made me make money transfer to them making loos much more and I got scam twice and much more if I neve deal wit PAYBACK! Their names: Peter & Daniel.

I fell for a scam and at a very vulnerable time I was looking for solutions and after a show of curiosity, they contacted me and were very aggressive in persuading me to pay them 2000 upfront to get my money back which they claimed they had a very high success rate. I paid and after roughly 10 letters written for me to send to banks to try and pin the blame on them, a report on all the blockchain activity involving my money which I presented to the police who told me it's useless and there is no way to get my money back and many phone calls to check in and reassure me all was ok, my money is all gone. I have to accept it, learn my lesson and move on. Frankly, it left a bad taste in my mouth to try and blame a bank when I did it. I need to accept responsibility to grow right. I strongly recommend not to through more good money after bad.

Beware of this company--you will only be scammed out of additional money! This company cannot help you! This company needs to go out of business!

So, I was subject, out of my stupidity by a romance scam that was partly bitcoin theft and partly wire transfer. I was dumb. These guys are good. Realizing this, contacted payback straight away.
So ALL they do is assist with letter writing to your bank and give you assurances and in fact I WAS TOLD "No worries, we will get you your money back by Christmas (6 months)" and "bitcoin is traceable, it has a digital signature and can be tracked" we will recover that too, they don't recover anything, once they just organize the bitcoin addresses they give it back to you to take to the local police or cyber crime division. There is no one like that where I live. Another sad disturbing thing is -- is essentially payback, who is based in Israel and Georgia, ONLY does business for people in the US... why is that? As we are easy to scam and easy to run this gig. This is another scam (probably the same ones that scammed you in the first place, like malware companies selling anti-virus software), so not only are scamming you again, but they are also kicking you when you are already down financially. It's criminal. The work it to you by emailing and calling you daily, giving you the impression they are working on your behalf (so so hard) and ALL they do is tell you what to write and who to send it to. That's it. You do the work; they are guides and for 10% finders fee on 'the amount you feel or know you've been scammed." I spent over a year with them, and it did nothing for me but create more stress and the phone calls which last 10 seconds, This is a fallacy and if you sent money or wired money or cashed checks, the banks are not on your side and don't care about your story or the letters you write. I WOULD AVOID this company, it is the best advice. This company should be ashamed it's scamming Americans hand over foot with this.

Payback stated that they had found my finance, and then wanted me to pay money into an account to allow me to access the funds. Their communication is very shocking therefore I advise anyone not to contact this company appalling service.

Payback is another scam who have no clue what they are talking about. I was asked to put in 1% to recover my money and guess what it all disappeared in a few hours dong trust these people because they haven't got a clue. Jessica Martinez was the scammer who had calls with me 5 to 6 times a day and tells you everything you want to hear but you'll never get that money back unless you go through the right channels and these people definitely are not good
Scammers all of them.
