Purchased an item back in November, mailed application back to them and paid the $25 fee, long list of activities posted in my account (checking references, verifying employment, etc) which I have proof they never did, and now I can't access their site. This company is a fraud.
I placed an order for a christmas gift and haven't heard from them with several attempts and calls to the establishment... now all of a sudden I can't get on their web page says access denied from my server
FAKE! Dont even try thinking about it. Its flat out a rip off. They take your $25 and run. You try and get it back they won't respond to emails. HORRIBLE! Just wonder how many unlucky people they ripped off. Hope they rot in hell
Go to complaintsboard.com and see more posts there. Back in November I got ripped off $25.00. Felt uneasy giving my personal info for work etc for some reason did not send it in after I saw all complaints. Emailed and no response. Checked them out and it was a long list of them being associated with other companies. Apparently the owner posted on the website I listed here named Timothy Falzon and comes off smug and not apologizing. Let's take him down folks.
Same thing everyone else said. Just wanted to let you guys know, i filled out a complaint w/ the BBB and FTC you can go to their websites and file the complaint. This is the best way i know for us to handle this. Bc even if consumer protection or the better business bureau can't get our money back they CAN lock these guys up when they find them. They are complete rip offs. They ask you for a $25 application fee which is ok if they ever gave you an answer whether you are approved or not. I have been trying an trying to contact them with no luck at all. They say they respond to every email in 48hours or less well where is my response. Is there any other place or way I can report them. I don't care if I was not approved or something like that but when they won't reply to me then its on. They are a hoax and don't believe a word they say.
They are a fraudelent website. They took my $25.00 dollars and now they won't even respond to any emails. They say my status is in the underwriting process which it has been forever.If I find out who done this to me and everybody else, they will go down.
I am in shock. I can't believe they would rob me of $25 that site is a big fraud. They took my money from my account b/4 I finished the application. Then never did anything else I tried to email them with my complaint which supposedly they return within 24hrs is a lie. It just digusts me how they are voltures just evil. I hope they get caught and sent to jail. This is truly rediculous
This has been the most horrible experience. They took my $25 and then gave a list of different things they were doing which is a scam. I have emailed and no response. I have been in the underwriting dept. for about 5 weeks now. A total of 2 months and NOTHING! They got their $25 though and they don't even have a phone #. THIS IS A RIP OFF! DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT TRYING IT BECAUSE THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND THAT'S ALL.
Its definently a rip off! They got my dawn hopes up, took my money, I had to change my bank info, and these people were no where to be located! DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR CRAP!
I went to this site and placed an order almost 3 months ago for a laptop, was hesitant in giving my cc info but did and they were real quick to charge me the 25.00 no refundable application fee. I filled out their paperwork, returned it, did everything i was told to do, i met all criteria to qualify... as i monitor still the activity on the acct there's a long list of actions they've supposedly taken to process my order for the laptop. Employment verification, bla bla bla... now it's read "underwriting in progress since 3-23-2010 (3 days shy of being 1 month ago now). I have sent message after message requesting the courtesy of a phone call explaining what's going on. They can't even give you that. What can we do? Somethings got to be done to these people. They've cost me my associates degree. I was in school on line and my inability to log into classes and post attendance has left me on the verge of being kicked out of school. At this point, im on accademic probation now taking the same 2 classes ive attempted to take the last 3 terms. If kicked out, i will owe the school the remainder of my tuition as well as be responsible for start paying back the thousands of dollars in loans i took out for school... now, rather than 6 months after graduating when i would have been working and able to afford paying the loans back. I am a single mother of 3 small children, disabled, on a fixed income. Guess they did a number on me... i know there's hundreds, probably thousands more. Lets dig deeper people and find out who's behind all this... get this website shut down b4 they're able to rip off more innocent people like ourselfs... then go on with court proceedings against all parties involved in ripping us off.
