These guys are lying gangsters. After taking the photo (via a HD webcam) and processing it, they told me that it was 'guaranteed' to be accepted. Once I paid the fee, they then told me that their 'experts' had reviewed the photo and it was unacceptable. Further, I would have to take my own photo and upload, which effectively meant having to pay a second time to get a quality photo. Stay away from these people. Worse than free online passport sites. GANGSTERS.

On their site it says that photos will be delivered in 2-3 days and in my case it took 3 weeks. Then I verified the photo dimensions and the face dimension was good but not the photos size to match the Canadian passport requirements.
