Photos don't meet the basic requirements outlined by Australian passport office, as they are:
- Very poor quality
- Retouched
- Wrong size
The website only asks for zip code, state and country but no address for shipping. I had to contact customer service to provide my full address.
Hidden fees such as international fees, stated nowhere prior to payment.

My passport photos came and were too small and looked very photo shopped they were rejected by Australia Post. I requested a refund and they will not give one.
I think all the good reviews for this company must be written by them.
Do yourself a favour and pay a few extra dollars and get them done at the Post office.
Digital code for urgently required photo reads *error (unretrievable)
You have my daughter's £9 and our disdain.
I paid a small fortune to use their service, it has been 2 weeks and the photos have not yet been posted! Unacceptable!
No product delivered, and customer service trying to pass the buck onto the delivery service they use and deny all accountability.
I was then told they've forwarded "my request for reimbursement of delivery costs" when they should be repaying the entire amount given they haven't produced any product!
I was promised a full refund on a previous refund but instead have been sent £3 and told that because the final screen had an option to download a copy of the photo I HAD SENT THEM, that this is them providing the product! I'm still chasing the rest of my refund.
Total scam - don't waste your time or money. You'll never get either of them back again!
I took passport photos for all my three children, they photoshopped the images made my children look like cartoons and are refusing to refund my money. The passport office guidelines clearly state that you cannot alter the images and have to be true identity. This company have changed my childrens identity in the images, the images look like complete different people and they are assuring me that the passport office will approve this. I cannot possibly use the pictures they have sent me for passport images as they are no doubt to be rejected since they are cartoon images. I have explained to the company that I cannot risk my images being rejected as this would result in me losing out on my holiday, as I have enough time to get my passports (current uk passports taking 10weeks) but they keep telling me the cartoon images will be accepted and refusing to refund my money. Cleary not what I paid for. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I WILL NOW HAVE TO TAKE THIS FURTHER

We modify the photos if necessary but not in such a way as to change any biometric features - it is not allowed to modify the photos in such a way as to change these features.
However, if you have any problem with this, there is no problem at all - we will refund all the money you spent, despite the time and work we put into preparing the photos for you.

Since I am on quarantine I could not go to a photo booth to take my passport photo. Instead I used this passport photo maker and it was easy, clear, fast and cheap. Totally recommend it :)
