I contacted partzilla over the telephone and much to my amaze,I spoke with a agent that was an American citizen, and I could understand him,after giving him the VIN number, it was a breeze the agent knew exactly what I was after, got my parts ordered for me got them delivered to my house, Fast! Also the YouTube partzilla series of how to do things is very helpful when it comes to mechanical know-how, maintenance and fixing things on my 420 rancher very helpful! Thanks
I've tried reaching out and I get a computer response. I don't get a real person. My package has been stuck in Seattle and the tracking is terrible. I'm only 60 minutes away from Seattle and it's taken 4 days and it's still hasn't arrived yet. I'm very disappointed. I don't have my product and it seems to be stalled somewhere for some reason? I've tried to track it online and the tracking information I got has not worked. It is now 5 days overdue. No clue when it will arrive? Very poor service!

I have used Partzilla for a long time and over the years I have messed up some orders and with one phone call you have always helped me get things right and that means more to me than anything else

I do have a request if you could put small parts in a zip lock bag by the time I get the box it is really torn up

I still like partzilla,but after saying several times and giving my vin to look them up,you sent me front pads,that I had to return,but I didn't have to pay shipping on the pads I had to re order,so,I'm thankful for that,they should be here soon. I just want to make sure they refund my money on my card for the mistake order. This is the first issue,so everyone is entitled to overlook something so all good.
I have been a long time customer and for the last 2 years I have trusted partzilla to provide parts for my repair shop! I have used all the different companies. Partzilla has had my back more than anyone else, they are usually sending my parts out very fast and if something is not in stock or if the status changes they send email right away. They are also just a call away if I have a question and always helpful, never rude or trying to give me a run around like so many others are known for.

Used Partzilla several times now for 2006 Honda ST 1300. They usually have parts in stock and ship quickly, no matter how obscure the part is. I recommend them.

When something says "3-5 day delay" or whatever is says, what it actually means is you don't have in stock and have to order it. Usually I get stuff in a week or so, which is okay; however, lately the 3-5 day has been 2-3 weeks! I was told anytime I see a delay to call in and get a real estimated date. I think you should work on displaying a more accurate delivery date on out of stock items, I have a shop and when I don't know why things are delayed I have customers yelling at me because I say 3-5 days when it's weeks.

Prices are not that great. Parts are constantly damaged and randomly tossed in bags or boxes. Parts are constantly sent wrong. Customer service to get damaged, missing, or wrong parts taken care of is a nightmare so it's not even worth the hassle to correct and has been a battle for many years. I spend alot of money here, and every order is an issue.

After waiting eight months on two simple parts for a Honda 420 we found out they charged our shop for the wrong parts. Had them in stock the whole time, then try to charge us an additional fee after us arguing the facts. They said they would waive the fee and get our parts shipped out immediately after waiting another week we called back they never shipped out the parts and forced us to pay additional fee. They are very unprofessional. They lie and keep charging you more and more money.
We do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. However, part number 83555-HP7-A00ZA was originally ordered and then on 12/28 this item was removed from the order to add part 83550-HP5-600ZA. Due to the price difference you were charged an additional $6.41.
I ordered a new seat for my four wheeler. I was having it shipped to my property where I can have packages delivered and didn't realize that if I paid expedite shipping it would go USPS. Long story short post office refused to deliver. And I was only on my property for a week. Partzilla customer service was kind to resend my package next day air UPS so I could receive the seat in time for vacation.
Clutch cable broke on Suzuki C50. Had one in three days. Great quality and price. Started off installing myself but wife assisted in tight spots. Then neighbor helicopter mechanic helped. Turned into a great neighborhood project.
The bike shifts so smooth I'm afraid something is off. Excellent results.

Partzilla had the part I needed, two very small springs for my two GL1000 Timing Belt Tensioners. Shipping "expedited" was $12, and it took five or six days. I think USPS 1st Class would have been faster, depending on the packaging (box or padded envelope). But the parts were correct. Nonetheless, next time I order parts, I will check Partzilla and also a couple of competitors for less of a markup on shipping. A bit of greed, PZ.

I stumbled across Partzilla while looking for some much needed battery accessories. The site was easy to navigate. I ordered my part and extras. My package arrived days before I actually expected it to. Extremely impressed. I gave friends the website and they have used the site as well. This is my go to parts shop!
Paid for expedited shipping. Called and asked lady that answered to please make sure the part got shipped asap. She checked said it was being pulled coming from Atlanta no issues. First update I got showed Part in Utah. Ordered on a Wed did not receive until the following Tues. 1-3 day shipping? Took 6 days
One call to Mark is all it took and in a couple days all this beautiful, high-quality Kawasaki green plastic arrived at my door for my 1982 motorcycle. The quality is over the top! I am extremely impressed!
Great online experience. The chat function worked great and helped me confirm a couple of parts I needed. The only negative was that the oil filter and oil container (4 quarts) were next to each other in the box, and the filter box was indented. The filter seems ok and not damaged, but I would just be more careful in shipping different items in the box.
I purchased one very small gasket. Maybe 2 inches by 2 inches. I thought the shipping was very high but I needed the gasket. When it got here it was in a box about 14 inches square by 2 inches deep.
You could have dropped thee gasket in an envelope with a 60 cent stamp and charged a couple dollars and made money.
This is what I will think about the next time I need to order parts.

One of the hardest things about owning and riding older motorcycles is the unavailability of parts. Dealerships around here don't even want to see you if your bike is more than 10 years old, unless you're there to replace it. Old cars, because of their production volume, usually have a much greater supply of NOS and replacement parts. Partzilla has done very well by me in having available the manufacturer's parts I need, such as turn signals after the rubber on the originals cracked and caused them separate. It's nice when the original part number is available and actually is slightly lower in price than a generic aftermarket replacement. Shipping was very quick also.
