I contacted partzilla over the telephone and much to my amaze,I spoke with a agent that was an American citizen, and I could understand him,after giving him the VIN number, it was a breeze the agent knew exactly what I was after, got my parts ordered for me got them delivered to my house, Fast! Also the YouTube partzilla series of how to do things is very helpful when it comes to mechanical know-how, maintenance and fixing things on my 420 rancher very helpful! Thanks
I've tried reaching out and I get a computer response. I don't get a real person. My package has been stuck in Seattle and the tracking is terrible. I'm only 60 minutes away from Seattle and it's taken 4 days and it's still hasn't arrived yet. I'm very disappointed. I don't have my product and it seems to be stalled somewhere for some reason? I've tried to track it online and the tracking information I got has not worked. It is now 5 days overdue. No clue when it will arrive? Very poor service!
I still like partzilla,but after saying several times and giving my vin to look them up,you sent me front pads,that I had to return,but I didn't have to pay shipping on the pads I had to re order,so,I'm thankful for that,they should be here soon. I just want to make sure they refund my money on my card for the mistake order. This is the first issue,so everyone is entitled to overlook something so all good.
I can't say enough about the two people I spoke to that helped me with my order. They were great. Your prices are a bit high, but if that's what it takes to keep great employees than it's worth it.
I ordered a total of four parts. The first two were attached to the actual tracking number. After those parts were delivered my tracking was no longer active. I received one more of the 4 parts I ordered while writing this, that leaves one part unaccounted for and I have no idea where it's at in it's shipping process. Other then that the prices are very fair and they have very good selection of parts. I would order again in the future.
I Placed 2 Orders On March 19,2024, But Still Have Not Got Either Order Yet! A Lot Of Times You Show To Have A Part Number In Stock, But After I Place The Order, That Item Goes On Backorder Because You're Inventory Was Off & You Did Not Have It In Stock. Usually That Holds Up The Complete Order Which May Have 20 Other Items On It. I Usually Have To Call & Cancel That Item Just To Get You Send Me The Remaining Parts I'm Waiting For On That Order. The Customer Service On The Phone Is Usually Great!

Original equipment on the 2002 Yamaha R1 corrosion is what eats these up from the inside. Over a hundred bucks for a 10 dollar part!
I ordered a trail arm for my Canam which didn't allow my lower radius rod to fit properly. It seemed that it had possibly been dropped causing the gap for the lower radius rod to be too small. After connecting the upper and middle radius rods, we had to pry the gap larger to fit the lower radius rod. Also, I did notice that the box packaging the trail arm was longer than the trail arm which allowed it to slide back and forth inside the box. That gap in the box was not filled with packing material which I believe allowed the damage to occur.
Why should it take over a week to receive an order from Georgia to Lexington Kentucky there is no reason I can think of except bad way to ship.
Everything was great, including customer support. I live in Georgia and understand the warehouse is in Albany, GA. My items took several days to arrive, more than what is expected for in the state delivery.
The delivery time is slower than i expected. Product was precise. I dont like to complain. You ask? I responded.

I wish they'd use anything except FedEx. I ordered forks and a skid plate from the UK to the West Coast of the US on the same day I ordered parts that shipped from Boise, ID. UK parts were shipped for free and got here here 4 days later. Paid for shipping here, 8 days and I've still not gotten my fork seals.

This particular order I was short a part. I called last Thursday to report it and was told they would get it out right away. It's been a week and I haven't received it yet. On the plus side they did not charge me shipping
I think the US Postal service has lost my order. This was shipped using UPS "Mail Innovations" where UPS handles it part of the way, and then it is turned over to the USPS for the final delivery. My order shows stuck in Morrow GA--- so the USPS has never acknowledged receipt of the package from UPS. I have sent two emails to Partszilla, no response yet.
I still haven't gotten my one order of the single bearing? Any help or guidance with that will be appreciated. All around I will be ordering from you again!
Took 4 days to get two snap rings and I really needed them. As long as you do the best as you can I'm stuck
In the past it has taken a considerable amount of days before the orders shipped. You apparently are now turning orders around in 1 day and I receive them in 2 to 3 days.
Partzilla had the Yamaha parts in stock; my dealer did not. I paid for 2-day air shipping, but the parts did not arrive until 1/18 - 6 days after my order.
My only problem was I pay extra to get my delivery quick but UPS take forever to do my delivery.
You guys need to make sure your delivery providers complete the expectations this fast deliveries.
I purchased a washer a rear tire adjuster block and nut. Cost over 50 dollars. Shipping was to much. Only thing that is always way to much. Handling charge to stick a washer nut and adjuster block in a shipping bag. IS CRAZY
I feel the free freight threshold is too high as well as the overall shipping charges. Otherwise the service is fine.
