I contacted partzilla over the telephone and much to my amaze,I spoke with a agent that was an American citizen, and I could understand him,after giving him the VIN number, it was a breeze the agent knew exactly what I was after, got my parts ordered for me got them delivered to my house, Fast! Also the YouTube partzilla series of how to do things is very helpful when it comes to mechanical know-how, maintenance and fixing things on my 420 rancher very helpful! Thanks
I've tried reaching out and I get a computer response. I don't get a real person. My package has been stuck in Seattle and the tracking is terrible. I'm only 60 minutes away from Seattle and it's taken 4 days and it's still hasn't arrived yet. I'm very disappointed. I don't have my product and it seems to be stalled somewhere for some reason? I've tried to track it online and the tracking information I got has not worked. It is now 5 days overdue. No clue when it will arrive? Very poor service!
I bought two (2) pilot jets which could have been mailed in a (usps) envelope for $0.59 cost $10. For just shipping.

When an item says in stock in 2-3 days, that is a gross exaggeration. If the item doesn't say In stock, I would not purchase it from here. You might get it next week, you might wait 6 months. I've tried to wait on tons of items from them, nothing has ever been "in stock in 2-3 days". They also will get your item that "ships free" and call you later to make you pay shipping. If you need something within weeks go elsewhere but if your main concern is cost, they are definitely the cheapest around. It's the only reason I still order from them.

Any other status, i.e. “One Business Day” or ships in "2 to 3 days" is an estimate of the lead time from the manufacturer, whose location is usually one day shipping from us. Unfortunately, the manufacturers do not provide us with live availability, in an electronic format, that would allow us to better communicate lead time to customers. Product that we do not stock, we order from the manufacturer within one business day of the customer’s order. Our first notification of any delay from the manufacturer is after we have ordered the product from them due to us pre-purchasing the item from the manufacturer to preserve the customer's place in line to receive the item. Once notified of any back order, we adjust the customer’s ETA, and promptly send an email. During this time, the customer has the option to cancel.
How can I review?I ordered the part 7 days ago and it hasn't even shipped. So I'm currently dissatisfie. Don't send out a review until your customer has received their order.

Price on my Can-Am Outlandler OEM parts was better than anywhere else. Unfortunately the fan was not packaged very well and two of the four corners had broken plastic. I didn't want to wait on a return because needed the parts so I just epoxied them. Otherwise experience was good.

My part, a gasket, was shipped 1/19. It's 1/26 and it may be delivered today. UPS innovations must be about the slowest shipping method there is. I've recently shipped things that weighed more, by UPS ground, about the same distance, for about the same price, and it took 2 days. Have yet to determine who the 3rd shipping partner is. Some guy on a bicycle maybe? And when I completed my order, before I could look at the order confirmation a survey popped up and I lost the confirmation and had to back track to my order history to verify it. Those unexpected pop ups are really annoying.

Two of the past 3 times I have issues with my order not having all the parts and paying extra for expedited. Then having to wait almost two weeks because they have to re-ship the parts.

I suppost of got a OEM belt for my 2017 arctic cat 500 4 wheel drive,but it sure don't look to durable,but We gonna See Personally I have went through stronger belts than this one and it did last Ethier so this belt is my last Time If it breaks in the next 2 years its gone

I was able to find the parts I needed. However, I tried to cancel my order about 4 hours after placing it because I found the part locally. I was told the order was already "in process" and I could not be refunded. It then took almost 5 days to recieve it. I was mostly frustrated I couldn't cancel the order and had to wait as long as I did for the part. I did appreciate they use genuine OEM parts though.

The copper head gaskit came bent. Should of had a cardboard backer

I was going to wait till I got the parts but Partzilla keeps sending me emails to do it now and God only knows when I'll get the parts. I placed the order on April 11/22 and they said one part would be in on Apr. 21 then it changed to Apr. 28 and the other part would be in on May 5. It's April 30 and I haven't received anything yet. That's because they're somewhere in JAMAICA, NY, United States which is a long way from Alberta Canada. Don't make promises you can't stand behind. You wanted a review, you got it!

Delivery of parts are usually good, when ups delivers to postal service is where you have a problem. I live in the state in which its shipped from GA. UPS brings it to macon postal hub for delivery. It takes 2 days for delivery.

Partzilla has always been a good source for me but this order has a delayed delivery that was unexpected.
April order with a June delivery promise which may be related to their source of supply but still not good service on such a simple item.
I purchased two oem kawasaki parts from partzilla after reading the description that said "ships in 3-6 business days. Shortly after ordering I received an e-mail saying "Backordered no ETA". Its been over a month and I still have not received any parts. I like using partzilla, but their in stock/shipping descriptions are misleading.
