Received a part without the needed screw that comes with it making it useless. Never answer any of my emails, never refunded. I do not recommend.
I ordered a heating element for an issue with our stove. Turns out it wasn't the element, so completed the Returns Authorization Form, included a copy inside the returned heating element, and waited for the refund to show up. That was Feb-2024. Now 5 months later still nothing. They don't answer their phone, or emails when it comes to refunds.
Would definitely recommend NOT dealing with these scammers.
Over several years I have had cause to order parts from Part Select. I have always been happy with their assistance line and their prompt shipping. My last experience was a bit different but I am still a fan of Part Select. The oven in our kitchen range had stopped operating. I sent an email to the assistance hotline and they suggested two possible parts; one of which was obsolete. I tried the other part in hopes of resurrecting the oven but no joy. I really don't feel too bad about it because we realized that the range was over 15 years old and had been good to us.
Such a bad experience.
They didn't even stand behind their own words. Customer service is the worst one ever, the man I was talking to was so rude. Better not even try.

I needed help with refrigerator drip pan and spoke with Dave Little of their customer service team. He was friendly and helpful. He even looked up an instructional video to help me replace the drip pan.
I was able to repair the pan and did not need a new (so far). Dave Little saved my $700 in repairs.
Although I cannot speak to the quality of their items I can solidly endorse their commitment to a great customer experience!

Chose to use a Canadian company to fix our washing machine. Within a minute we realized the part was not the issue and returned it in pristine condition a day later. The return was rejected so we are out two way shipping and the cost of the part that definitely will be resold.
We will use Amazon next time.
Right before Christmas, as we were baking sugar cookies, we noticed that something was wrong with our oven. No matter how long we left the cookies in the oven, they would not bake correctly. The oven would not stay hot. For months we cooked with our toaster oven, stovetop, and microwave, putting off the purchase of a new stove. Finally, we did some research and realized that we only needed to replace the heating element. We ordered from PartSelect and quickly had the part we needed. Our oven works perfectly, and we spent less than $80. We are super happy!
Order a part for $14 had to pay delivery of $15 and it was the wrong part. Sent email to see if 24 can get the right part no reply. They sent me a return authorization and advised to get a tracking number. Had to spend another $14 to send it back.

Bought a timer from Partselect for my dryer. Realized after installing it that in fact it was my turn knob that was not working since the dryer wouldn't start with new timer. Returned the timer in exactly the same condition, in exactly the same packaging with no use, within the 30 day refund policy return deadline and got no refund because the part was "installed." What a joke.
I ordered an upper rack adjuster from part select over a month ago. They sent me the wrong part. I talked to someone and they sent me what they said was the right part, but again it wasn't. Is the third time a charm? Still waiting to find out. I've been waiting over a week now and they have yet to ship it. Can't recommend.
I recently tried to get a refund on a frigidaire water filter that cost $136.67 that had a broken prong when I went to replace it. They have refused to refund the cost because I threw out the packaging it was shipped in although the box it came in was not damaged and I can vouch for the packaging not being damaged. I was a repeat customer. I will never deal with them again particularly when compatible filters can be found on Amazon. A 2 pack is 35.99.

Received Monday :) When I called to put in my order it took not even 2 minutes to speak to a really nice lady she was really polite and gave me all the right information's on the phone, made sure it was the right part and that it was good for my dishwasher... I never received the tracking number or receipt from my transaction so I called back the day after a super nice guy answered right away and checked to confirm my email to try to send me the receipt and insured me that the part was already shiped... Like he said it was shipped since I received it Monday so 2 business day... Really fast! I would totaly recomand to order by phone it's so much better!
We received our dishwasher part faster than I expected. Easy to install. Even though we did not need the video, they have how to install videos. I thought it was genius. If anything else brakes, I will check their site out first.

If you call you get directed to their website. If you message them online, you get an automated response. This place is obviously run by "dummy robots".
