I have had multiple assignments done by yall and I've always had an amazing experience but this past time I submitted two papers and I was completely disappointed with the issues I experienced along with the customer service support team who not only didn't help me resolve any issues, but promised me something that was never given.
I failed the assignment because the instructor said it was plagiarized. She gave me a chance to rewrite the paper but threatened to turn me into the dean of student affairs. It was a waste of money for me. Never again

The paper was terrible. She used AI to write. Some parts of the paper were written twice. Grammer was horrible. She even wrote about the wrong city at one point (Charlotte, I needed the paper about San Diego. She hardly spent any time on it. She got the paper on a Friday afternoon and had it written before breakfast on Saturday morning.

I gave the writer instructions to fix the grammar of my college personal statement and add a conclusion of the "social justice" portion of my paper. I got a paper back that was full of run on sentences and grammatical errors. The conclusion for the social justice portion seemed like a chat GPT summary of the entire paper. I reached out for support from the compant expressing my dissatisfaction before payment was due but when I emailed them back I did not recieve another response or updated edit of my paper. They gave me 10% off my next order which I will not be using. Now I'm in a worse spot than I started with my paper and out 100 dollars. I only have a couple days until all of my applications are due and I am more stressed due to this website.

SCAM! Never hire a writer from this website! It a WARNING! All the reviews you see is from their own writers! I am facing academic consequences for plagiarism because of them. I paid $160 and the first writer completely copy pasted from a website but just changed a few words here and there so I didn't know and I summited the assignment I got 0 and a warning. I told them they said, "oh our plagiarism checker shows 100% originality." I am stupid and for the second time I hired another writer and I paid like $175 and they promised me if I am not satisfied they will refund me - the second writer did the exact same thing. They never refund me, they were making excuses they told me that the writer will revise it but the writer was just changing one or two words and that was it. THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! After a death in the family, I hired a writer to help because of travel restrictions. This writer copied a paper from another website that I found after I submitted the paper to my school with an 89% similarity score.
The writer said it was my mistake. In the company's defense, they did eventually give me a refund.
Please be careful. I would never try anything like this again, it was such a mistake.
It was a mess. Several people telling me several different solutions. Ultimately, I did receive a refund.
