www.noor-book.com is an online book seller. To my shock, i recently discovered that my book titled "English Phrasal Verbs English - Arabic" was being sold on this platform without my authorisation. Upon seeing my book on their platform, I immediately reached out to this company, requested an explanation as to why they decided to sell my book without my permission and request the immediate removal of my Book. They did not reply to or even acknowledge my email. I sent them a follow-up email and I still did not hear from them! I intend to report this matter to the UK Intellectual Property Office (IPO). The IPO, as the official UK government body responsible for intellectual property matters, including copyright, can provide guidance on my rights and the potential actions I can take to get Noor Books to remove my book from their platform. www.noor-book.com is an online book seller.
To my shock, i recently discovered that my book titled "English Phrasal Verbs English - Arabic" was being sold on this platform without my authorisation.

Upon seeing my book on their platform, I immediately reached out to this company, requested an explanation as to why they decided to sell my book without my permission and request the immediate removal of my Book. They did not reply to or even acknowledge my email. I sent them a follow-up email and I still did not hear from them!

I intend to report this matter to the UK Intellectual Property Office (IPO). The IPO, as the official UK government body responsible for intellectual property matters, including copyright, can provide guidance on my rights and the potential actions I can take to get Noor Books to remove my book from their platform.

Yea you will get like a okay level kind of work, but when there's problem dont expect them to refund u or giving anything back which coming from their own pockets. They will complelety ignored you until u wrote the reviews on the sites they cared about and still trying to trick you to place the orders and take down the negative reviews. Yup I stand strong for everything I wrote and if there's any legal issues they have my lawyer's contact already.

I am a student and completing my masters in economics. I became a customer after reading some glowing of their reviews online. Ever since I've found them, they are the only ones I trust completely with my projects.

From start to finish, everything this company does is for the satisfaction of its customers. When I first talked to their staff they made me feel welcomed and encouraged me to ask questions to erase any doubts. All their staff members are highly qualified and intelligent, they understand what their client looking for and follow the instructions strictly.

The expertise and the experience of their experts is clearly visible in each order. They never make a mistake, everything is genuine and the style is admirable. Besides their quick turnaround has always been a deal breaker for me. But the thing I love the most are their periodic discounts, it always makes the service affordable but with exceptional quality.

There was however an issue with slow page loading and unresponsive user area.

After contacting their staff member they assured it's a rare issue which only occurs when the servers are refreshed or under maintenance. Despite this small issue, i am completely satisfied with the quality of their work and would highly recommend them.

Don't use! Horrible experience
I paid for a doctorate level literature review in APA format and received a bunch of gibberish. There were so many grammatical errors I basically had to rewrite the paper. The literature review did not involve relevant publications (such as books and journal articles), that critically analyzed, or explain. It did not show signs of synthesis or understanding of the topic. Just garbage with a lot of words and no citations to back up what the writer wrote. It wasn't in APA format as requested. There were no page numbers for citations. When I asked for a revision the writer put the same page numbers on all the quotations and it wasn't the correct page. Most of the citations were not on the reference page. They won't stand by their product. They offered unlimited revisions but time becomes an issue. They want at least 24 hours for each revision. I'm also not sure that English is a first language for their writers. So poorly written. It would not have even passed for a High School paper. Don't use! Horrible experience. Never again.

So, they sent me an email to give them one more chance to satisfy me. They also stated that a new writer will provide a new paper from top to bottom. They requested that I remove my review and share my revision comments on the revised paper. Keep in mind I have been trying to get this literature review done since October 2020.

My revision comments are PapersLead did not provide me with a new paper from top to bottom instead I was provided the same garbage. They offer 100% guaranteed customer satisfaction. Which I requested in April. Next after trying to get a quality literature review they offered 50% of my money. However they did not provide 100% customer satisfaction. I should not be penalized because they do not have quality writers. On there website it states that they stand behind the services they offer and guarantee the paper will be of the highest professional standards. They lie. Please do not use them. They are horrible! Smdh

I was overwhelmed when I had several papers due at once and decided to use this company to complete one of them for an easier class I had. The paper I got back was ridiculous. Half the paper did not even have anything to do with what I had requested. The first two pages did not even make sense because the grammar and writing were so bad. There were all kinds of words spelled wrong. I'm pretty sure the writer was not a native english speaker because it just didn't make any sense. Of course they won't refund the money, so I have filed a claim with my credit card company and the BBB. This site should be shut down!

Stay away from this company! They do not follow instructions. They plagiarize, luckily while looking up a term in order to understand it, I came across an article on the internet through cliffnotes which was the exact information they wrote on my paper. All they did was use synonyms to change words around! When I requested them to revise other mistakes and the plagiarized paragraph (that i found), they did not. Almost a month went by and the paper was still wrong. In the end i had to write my own paper in a matter of 8 hours along with 2 other essays I was already working on. When you call them you get an answering machine, and when you do the internet chat they promise you the world in horrible grammar.

Tip for consumers:
If you are going to take a chance do it with plenty of time so when you have to write your own paper you still have time!

My first time with this service and I have to say i'm never going to use them again. The first time I placed the order, they asked for so much detail, I thought great. Even delivering my paper on time. When I opened it up, it was the worst paper ever. They didn't follow the outline, plus it was loaded with grammatical and technical errors. Big problem. I sent it back for a revision and this is where the real problem started. They gave me a new delivery date and never delivered. IT took 4 days of harassment for them to give it back to me. Guess what? The paper had very few changes from the original, and was now a week late thanks to these guys. I ended up doing the paper myself. I asked for a refund, but still waiting on a reply. DO yourself a favor, save 140 bucks, and find another service.

Buyer beware. This is an honest testimonial. I received a unusable paper that was plagiarized and had content that didn't even relate. They offer free revision. I attached the essay they gave me with comments and still got no changes. 5 revisions later and all my notes were disregarded. After all of my patient emails and chat session I finally checked the essay and it was copied and paste from an essay written. I would had gotten discharged from school. All they can offer me is this:

I used this company to write a dissertation paper. Once I submitted the order, my phone was ringing, it was an indian man requesting me to go ahead and pay. He said they can have the paper completed within 48 hours. My first instinct was, NOT TRUE unless you plagiarize the paper! My stupid self went ahead and paid $296 they returned the paper in about 17-18 days. I can not express in words how HORRIBLE the paper was. My 2yr old would have done so much better. The entire paper was plagiarized. It didn't even discuss the topic and each paragraph was obviously cut and pasted different websites. It was a nightmare. Long story short, I requested a refund and it took an Act of God just for them to agree on giving me 25% back, when I should have received the entire amount back. I DO NOT RECCOMEND AT ALL! THEY ARE COMPLETE SCAMMERS, NO LIE!

Was overwhelmed with my last semester projects asked this company to help me with one project. Never gave me anything and then wouldn't give me my money back. They had all the information; class PowerPoint's, instructors notes, and the grading rubric. Two days before it was due they started sending me emails with things that weren't right, nothing made sense, and I ended up with a failing grade in the class and out $85.00 BEWARE the refund policy states if you make any revisions you don't get your money back. This means if they send you an email with an idea that does not fit the project and you ask them to change it or stress to them it isn't following the rubric, that's a revision and you forfeit your refund at that point. They never once sent me anything remotely close to the grading rubric I sent them. I have contacted my bank and the Better Business Bureau.

They are not reliable. Paper is not submitted on deadline. Then they give you the option to fix it but each revision takes 24 hours. If you are going to use them make sure you have plenty of time.

I asked for an edit of a paper, it was due in the next day and I had run out of time so I paid an extortionate amount $$$ for a 12-hour edit. They missed the 09:30 deadline by 5 hours. They returned a completely different paper back to me... not even on the same topic! It was filled with grammar and spelling errors like a five-year-old would write. When I asked for a refund I was denied stating there had been some confusion. Confusion maybe on their end because this site is a scam. Simply a scam. I called, I wrote. I spoke with Frank Jordon (if that's even his name) he said someone would get back to me in 7 hours, I asked to speak with his manager, he refused and told me "they would say the same things to me". So... buyer beware!

I had a conversation with their online advisor, he made sure the service its perfect and what ever time I chose it will be done by then. I paid for 24 service and send them email with the essay I wrote and the instruction, however, they sent me an email said check your essay before the class within 6 hours, then I opened the email it was an essay only with Introduction, can you believe that? Then I send email frustrated because I have to submit the essay in 6 hours. I called and I told the guy, there is a mistake please can you check it out, he had an attitude and was don't worry you will have your right essay in 2 hours? I was what you mean in two hours and I will have the right essay, he did not ask me for my Order ID first then to check on my order whats wrong with it. And here I am going to class with no essay in my hand and I paid for 24 hour service 3 pages, If I were you my friend, go find another website don't take the risk, its not a trust website.

The customer service was horrible! The papersLead late my paper and I ask for the money return, they just give a $#*! on me! The paper that I ordered, was not following the instruction that I gave to them at all! This is the first time I use the papersLead, but NEVER EVER again! They could not solve my problem and do not return the money, so they I CANT reach their phone and no one pick up my live chat! I spent $177.40 in total! Do not use it!

They treat clients like Animals and they are disrespect, i have to receive my paper now but when i checked my account it showing under process, then i called them and the guy put me in hold more than 30 minutes. He make me mad and i hung up the phone,
By the way he is one guy he own that site and he answer all calls and answer the chats. I did chat with him and he told me you will receive it with in 20 minutes then it pass 2 hours and i did not receive any thing. My advise dont deal with paperslead never ever they will make you crazy if you are. I forget to let you know about the papers quality it is completely unprofessional.

I paid for a college standard paper. The assigned writer did not provide me with one and guidelines were not followed. They offered multiply revisions. All the revisions were terrible, none were revised the way I asked. Their revision include changing the sentences around only, and after they changed it still sound horrible. Also, to made things easier I provided an example of how the paper should be. The assigned writer took the example and integrated in the paper. I said it was an example that was provided by my teacher. It doesn't mean the writer can take it and integrated in the paper. If that is so, then why do I need to pay for a paper that not going be completely written by the assigned writer. They offered to assigned me a new writer, the new writer still terrible. Their assigned writers can't even write a basic proper essay, clearly english is not their first language... They wrote a trash paper. They told me "due to heavy work load in the past few days we were trying to maintain our quality". How is this the client problem. Every client should receive a paper that they paid for, not some trash paper. Instead of giving me a full refund they proceeded to just refund me 10% of it. This is bull$#*!. Never use this site, is terrible.

I asked them to write two different papers and these two different papers were on completely wrong topics and I wrote them multiple emails to revise each one two days before the due date and they didn't get back to me until the day it was due and then they started to say it was my fault because I didn't request revisions or I didn't make an attempt to contact them when I have it documented! They will respond very quickly when they want your money but when it's time for them to provide a service they fall very short and give you plagerized papers as well, Stay away from these guys they are scam artists and thieves!

I submitted a paper for additional work. The material they provided was well... lets just say, after the professor looked at it,, stated to re-write it. After I submitted the paper for corrections with the highlighted sections, they writer just added, done, or not necessarily or this is the information needed. Hard to say, but I was so mad, after I contacted the customer service, particularly latest ones, Calvin, Geremy among others, gave me some pretty smart answers. I am trying to get a refund from them since oh well,,,,, service was terrible, I am hoping they do it. It is so hard to get in touch with the managers as well as someone on the phone... Please run, run run

I provided specific details about what was needed for my paper. They even changed my research question.The quality of the paper was HORRIBLE. I had give them lots of guidelines and checklist of my requirements and they did not follow it. They included things about computers when it was a NURSING paper. When I called the phone number, the phone would either just hang up after ringing or they would make you wait and then send me to voice. They only want to communicate via chat. This problem would take 1,000 chats to explain how mediocre this paper is. I am going to try to get my money back since they claim they have a money back guarantee. I DO NOT RECOMMEND

I used this company and they did not perform the work and when I called a guy answered and did not say the company name. They did not complete the work! DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE!

It is the worst ever experience for me.
They sent an e-mail that they needed to cancel the order because of difficulty of my paper on the day I should have got the completed order!

They ruin my schedule! They should have at least inform me earlier. I understand that they may not be able to write a paper, but sending the notice after deadline? NOT ACCEPTABLE.

BETTER, they tend not to directly refund the money. They say they will safely keep the money. Does it make sense at all? I contacted them several times, and then they just keep saying that they will refund at some point. Nothing happened until now.

RUN RUN RUN

I feel like I should get compensation for this mental stress and ruined schedule.

I have gave paperslead two order and they were both late late late. I ordered 24 hours service for both of the paper. First one was late for few hours but it was okay, buz the deadline is far. So i didn't want to be to harsh to them. But the second assignment, i have told the agent that i really need it to be done before 10am ( the paper suppose to be done by 9:35am) and he said, for sure, i will make sure it deliver on time. On the next day, it was 10:15 already, i still didn't receive my paper, so i asked wheres my paper to two agent, one said its gonna be done on 15 mins, then the second one said is gonna be done in 1 hour. It already passed my deadline, and i was in a rush, if i don't hand in my paper i need to drop the course. ( worth at least $1500) and the agent told me, do u want ur paper to be done in one hour or i will tell the writer to stop, we will cancel ur order.? What the fxxk, I'm super mad, but i have no choice other then wait for it?
