Well don't count on this website to have anything accurate on it. Today I went to use their services, they featured an auto fill in system for award certificates in which you could upload the names of the recipients and it would print them. After creating my custom awards I tried looking for the place to upload- no luck. I clicked to chat- service agent says we don't offer that anymore, I informed them it was on the website. I called customer information they were clueless and told me would have someone call me back. Well apparently this service has not been available for months and I'm the idiot who should just know that? Thanks Paperdirect.com for wasting my time.
