Bit disappointed, ordered 2 sets of earrings online from pandora for 2 different friends birthdays, delivered today in 1 box. Spoke to online chat said I should have paid for gift options at £1. Something to be wary of, hidden charges. Next time I'll go into shop where you get them for FREE

Company is in Hong Kong. They don't respond to any of your concerns on CONTACT US section.

Didn't even deserve a one star but I'm having to give it one or it won't submit...
I honestly believe that this is a scam website - tricking people out of their money - then pretending the don't understand English when you keep begging them to cancel your order. Not to mention that the products received aren't anywhere near 'quality'. Asked for a refund and they emailed me back saying 'Not to worry', they will investigate and send me the right products. I mean, it cannot get any better... Just don't know to laugh or to cry!
Cheap fakes, so please save your money and DO NOT BUY from this website.
This is a terrble waste of money, i have never posted in a thread in all my life but i feel i had too, took ages to get here and when they did both charms were scuffed and chipped... there were not even half a decent fake it looked like something from a turd xmas cracker...
We also got 2 pouches that were covered in dark substance, it looked like oil to me... the box was battered and squashed and basically a horrid experience.
Only genuine pandora for me from now on... yes there expensive but dammm there worth it...
Avoid at all costs... a disgrace company that sells crap
I ordered two daughter charms. 3 months later two sister charms turned up. Contacted the company to be told that I would have to pay for return, which was going to costs almost as much as the charms. The said they would raise a small refund for compensation. That was in November, still no refund no apology and now now contact. The charms were not made well. Do not use this company.
This site sells very cheap and nasty fakes. The quality is that poor that when my daughter purchased a braclet even I could tell. The so called silver is underweight and unmarked. The silver colour was already coming off the base metal. DO NOT USE THIS SITE.
I really love this website and I want to all of you who see this message will come to the website to experience it yourself. Don't listen to others' nonsense
I purchased a Pandora braclet and bead, but it is not Pandora, just cheap shoddy junk. The website has a UK address but it is in Hong Kong. Do not use them you will waste your money.
This website is rubbish, all fake, cheap nasty, lucky i only orderd one, you pay 8 pound up words, for a charm i only paid 5 in sale for a charm, when i recieved it it was crap, not worth putting on a bracelet, looked like it came out of a cheap cracker, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE AVIOD AT ALL COST STAY CLEAR FAKE SITE
Absolute disgrace the goods are cheap nasty fakes, not even good ones.
