“Total scam”

I ordered two daughter charms. 3 months later two sister charms turned up. Contacted the company to be told that I would have to pay for return, which was going to costs almost as much as the charms. The said they would raise a small refund for compensation. That was in November, still no refund no apology and now now contact. The charms were not made well. Do not use this company.
