After purchasing many Pampered Chef products, I have determined that the quality of the products is not good and the items are overpriced. All of the spatulas I purchased ended up with cracks in the rubber parts. With the food chopper, the clear plastic attachment is not durable enough to withstand long-term use. The plastic eventually breaks where it is secured onto the main chopping part. This has happened with two of them. With the original cake icing piece I purchased, the clear part did not screw on enough for it to stay secure. The plastic part eventually broke. When I notified the company, they said they had redesigned the piece to be more sturdy but would not replace mine since it was past my warranty period even though they admitted the original design was flawed! With the stone baking dish I purchased, it cracked and they replaced it only to have the second one crack. After the second time, they said they would not replace it again! They did not back their product the way I was led to believe they would. I have only included images for items I still have. Other items have been disposed of.
My consultant doesn't know how to answer my questions and can't help me with most questions I ask her
So beware of the scams on FB
Pampered chef party are not all legit
If you order something you are supposed to get a gift you have to have a
Certain sale amount first
Don't waste you money. It worked when I first received it and 2 weeks in wouldn't open any cans. JUNK. I got a new one to replace it and the same issue happened.
My stone cracked in the oven. Pampered Chef only stands by this product for 3 years. If they don't trust their product enough to stand by it why should I trust their product enough to buy another one!
Been using their cookware for more than 20 years. Stoneware for baking and cooking is great. The new product line for March is rolling out soon can't wait.
Update: Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. I posted on their FB page and sent an e-inquiry through their website. They eventually contacted us and (recognizing that the product broke due to a manufacturing flaw) replaced it.
Original review: We paid $90 for a Pampered Chef chef's knife two years ago. We hadn't had occasion to use it too much, but a week and a half ago the entire blade snapped off, an inch from the handle, while cutting slices of WATERMELON (not the sort of thing you would expect to break a knife). It was clearly a manufacturing flaw. I contacted the company through their web portal 10 days ago, and have never heard back from them (even though the inquiry page says they'll respond in two days). I conclude that Pampered Chef doesn't care about its products, once they're sold and in customers' hands. And $45/year is too high a price to own a chef's knife.
I would recommend that if people want quality knives, they should purchase them from a manufacturer that actually guarantees their product and will replace defective items - such as Wüsthof or Cutco.
I have ordered from PC for many years BUT, I will never order a thing EVER again! Still waiting on October 1,2020 for an order placed on May 30,2020! NO communication from PC except a form letter thanking me for contacting them. It is a disgrace that they continue to take the customers money but, don't have the product to fulfill the orders! The BBB needs to get involved in this!
Covid has certainly revealed how little Pampered Chef really cares about their customers:
- Customer Service calls on hold for hours, then once through absolutely NO HELP!
- emails not addressed, just "form letter" responses
- most popular products out of stock yet they still expect people to host shows knowing neither hostesses nor guests can get what they want.
- No concessions for hostess to delay ordering their Hostess benefits until the stock is replenished
- AND if you do place an order, it's 6-8 weeks to get it?
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER
I have to say, I am very disappointed with your seller, Susan Key, (all details have been sent to you via email)
I am a small business owner on Etsy, so I understand the importance of running a small business. I also understand the importance of being honest. I am also an independent sales consultant for my own ventures and I know my company sure wouldn't allow the behavior that Pampered Chef is allowing from Susan Key.
Susan made a purchase from my Etsy shop for a digital file. However, if you check in my video and attached screenshots, she downloaded the file, then proceeded to very rude because I am assuming she changed her mind. Because I wouldn't do a service for her that I do not offer, she then decided to write FALSE feedback then proceeded to talk quite rudely letting me know she was leaving bad feedback for not giving her what she wanted (in a sense, you can read the message for yourself to see) I have sent them to your customer service and am happy to provide them to anyone interested.
While my business transaction may not interest you, she is clearly using your name in her disgusting responses and actions, thus making your brand look quite bad. I know my consulting company would frown upon this behavior and the fact the Pampered Chef allows someone who is dishonest to use their name and act this way with such poor and dishonest business ethics is such a shame. You are a brand I did admire, but the behavior of your own consultant as I have shown is truly disgusting and disappointing.
I have a few thousand dollars in this product that I had purchased over the years, I have host multiple parties and purchase from multiple consultants. Two days ago I order a can opener($25) online through a consultant friend and the page have multiple errors where I have to start the order three different times before it went through.
Yesterday I notice that I got charged $52 I contact the website and the Consultant that try to help me and I also call the *******2433 and a very nice guy who answer me after I explained, he put me on hold and when he come back he told me he tried to get an exception because some were somehow I was charged an expedite shipping and yes the product is arriving tomorrow but I have no rush for it, It all.
But they say no, is nothing they can do for me.
This is poor customer service is really not fair that I have been such a good client for so many years and they could not do anything for me when their own website was having problems that result in this mistake that I have to pay for. I will never by there product again I will try Princes House going forward
I ordered corn cob holders, 11.00 then 7.95 for S/H it weighed maybe 2oz maybe,+ tax = 20.80 DON'T PZ
I bought an instant and the Salt and pepper grinders, and neither one lasted a year.
Cheap products for high prices.
Answer: Some of these products are very good and the price is not to bad
