Several mistakes and delays and over $700 later, they can't tell me where my painting is. No tracking info at all. After they guaranteed it would be here in time for Christmas before we ordered. Now that we have and paid it's a different story. Buyer beware.

It's unfortunate that they pretend these are actually hand painted. They print the image on canvas then have an "artist" add a few strokes to make it appear authentic. I believe in transparency, so should you.

My husband and I had the honor of having our first born son at our wedding. Sadly, in the chaos of the day, we never got a picture of the three of us together before the babysitter changed him out of his tux. I've been beside myself about it for over a year, UNTIL this company was able to craft for me a portrait of my dreams, with my dream guy, dream baby, and dream venue as the backdrop. It is so stunning. Worth every penny. Take your time with the process and don't be afraid to ask for the edits you want. They did everything I asked and made it perfect. For added cost they'll frame it which is a huge relief. Recommend this service highly.

What a disaster. We decided to gift my son a portrait of his beloved German Shepherd for his birthday. The first artist botched the job terribly. Each revision was worse than the last. So badly they had to assign a new artist and start from scratch. This one was much better and after a few revisions produced an acceptable portrait. However, upon receiving the portrait, there is a blue ink pen line right through the top of the canvas where they were going to crop it. They are now not responding to email after promising and not sending a shipping label to return for repair.
Aside from this issue- artists should be able to produce a realistic rendition of a pet without having to be told that a German Shepherd muzzle isn't square or that a shadow should be removed from an eye. I honestly don't know how people are getting good artwork from this company. We are extremely disappointed. Photo attached- look at that weird muzzle. Absolute rubbish.
The most beautiful painting! It's amazing how they were able to put two completely different photographs together and make it look like one seamless painting! My husbands reaction was so touching, it brought tears to his eyes! To have a painting of him with his parents that he lost eight years ago, it's priceless! Thank you for what you do!

This was my second purchase from Paint Your Life and I am very satisfied once again. For both paintings I sent in photos of loved ones that were not in a photo together. The artist did so amazing at combining the two. If anything has to be fixed/adjusted it is done so and promptly sent back to you for your approval. 10/10 recommend this company!

The painting came out 110% better than I expected. The whole process was amazing, they catered to my every ask (which was a lot) and made sure I loved the rough draft before starting. I got my husband a painting of his dad who passed away with our son who was born just a year after his passing. He loved it so much and hung it above the fireplace, we love looking at it everyday and we're so pleased with how it turned out! What this company does is priceless, and will be going through them again!

It was an easy process. The artist was able to capture my little brother in-law's features, by using multiple pictures. The artist also makes sure the customer likes the out come, you can request editing things that you may not like.The portrait came out beautiful, and best of all my mother in-law loved it.
