My experience was good however when I received the painting I noticed my husband's glasses was crooked and the 5yr Olds hair looked almost gray like an old man even after modifications was done to the painting. I also, had to reach out for tracking information because you never sent it to me after the website gave me 3 or 4 different eta's. Other than that its a beautiful picture! Also to receive credits when posting on Facebook and Instagram, you want us to make our profiles "not private". Ppl have their profiles private for a reason and I provided screen shots of what I posted as requested to show the tags as "word of mouth" besides posting the video of my husband opening his late father's day gift/ memorial of his dad who passed April 2021. So, its a bit disheartening when your providing the proof but have to unprivate your social media accts from stalkers to look into your personal life! Otherwise, your company would of received 5 stars if it wasn't for what I listed above!
I've have already purchased a portrait I'm on my second one and the fact I can't change my photo makes me upset

The service was very good and professional. First I uploaded several photographs. The PaintYourLife people edited them to create a suitable composition for the painting, which I could then either approve or request changes for. After that the painting phase took about 10 days. I had some requests for changes, which were handled without any questions. The painting I received is lovely and I also like the frame they put it in. The person I bought it for was very happy with it.
My only nitpick is with the delivery. I didn't know this at the time, but the painting would be imported from the UK. I live in the EU, so there was a significant (possibly Brexit-related) delivery delay and an import fee that I was not previously informed about. I understand these things are beyond the control of this company, but as I wasn't even told where the painting would be shipped from, I had no idea what was going on when the announced delivery date came and went, and the fee also came as a surprise. For the future, I would prefer this information to be added to the automated correspondence.
Finally, a tip for people looking to buy a painting as a gift for a particular event: Start on time! The website says that the painting can be done in as little as two or three weeks, but that's assuming you do not have any requests for changes and there are no delivery delays. I thought one month was a safe time span, but now I know it is better to give yourself at least two months.

Paint your life, has the ability to bring your vision to life! Every painting that I have is a copy of the original. But with the 6 painting I have from paint your life, they are all exclusives, originals, and priceless works of art! Pictures that could not have happened in real time for several reasons. For example putting family together, some of whom never met. Or my last painting having my wife and I with our four children all in there cap and gowns together even though they all graduated in different years. You send them an idea with the pictures you want to use tell them what you want. Days later they send you an edit photo of what it would look like and after your approval they start painting it! The staff are professional, polite, patient, and efficient. I loved my experience with them, hints why I have several different painting from them! They are the best I highly recommend them to everyone!
