A very great experience! The artist did an incredible job! In the original photo there were some people that looked blurry so I needed to send in clearer pictures of them. I also wanted to add two people that had passed away to make it look like they were there with us. The artist had their work cut out for them and did an amazing job following an revisions I needed done and in the end it brought everyone to tears seeing us all together. Thank you so much! Would highly recommend and for sure will get another painting in the future!

Everything on this was pretty painful. There were step-by-step instructions on how to do everything. They were very good about answering questions that I had and I even got the painting a little earlier than I was supposed to. Highly recommend this.

I was supposed to have the painting FEB 10th its been out for framing since Jan 27th. This is ridiculous and I understand things happen but waiting this long is not right. As it was a valentines day gift and well at this rate might as well be a Easter gift… If i ever get it. Will be asking for a refund soon.

We absolutely love the portrait! I got this for my husband. His father passed right before his son went into Marine Corps boot camp. Once I got the boys portrait, I sent it off right away to have him with his grandpa. I still get teary, and probably will for a while, when I talk about the photo. It is so awesome!
