The painting was completed quickly and it was GUARANTEED by Christmas. I placed the original order at the end of November and it was completed and paid for on December 8th. Today is December 28th and it still hasn't shipped. It did not arrive by Christmas as stated it would and I have spoken to them via email twice and phone call twice and have been told the same thing each time. "It is expected to arrive this week" which clearly it is not. They will not allow me to escalate to a manager and have not made any progress on shipping it that I've been informed of. I know others who had a good experience but I have not.

400$ and it's do not buy at all looks nothing like my family I'm so mad To be honest I had high expectations for this sight and I am so disappointed every time I asked for a modification the picture just got worse these are my diseased loved ones and I feel like the painting is sloppy and there is no love put into it at all don't spend yurr money here
