Was a little worried about buying from all the reviews but I ordered 3 shirts and they shipped it internationally within 2 weeks, which is fast compared to other companies.
They stole Sam Larsons art. All their clothes are so overpriced! How do you not have the money to pay someone for their work? They'd rather line their own pockets than pay artists for their work! I will never shop or recommend pac sun ever.

Ordered three items from PacSun December 14. Today is December 26. I received one of the three items. The two items that did not arrive have a tracking number, but it states "in processing". I'm in the store today, try to return the item and they're telling me since they're having system problems the only thing they can do is, give me a store credit they cannot give me my money back. Major scam! I have every receipt plus email confirmations etc. They're telling me since it's a computer problem, global for their system, they're only issuing store credit. Beware!

I ordered a shirt and paid extra 10 bucks I think don't remember for faster delivery date 2-3 business days it's been close to a week and still haven't received my ordered and the thing said 2-3 business days guaranteed delivery bs
Horrible customer service. So, I ordered 4 items (2 hoodies & pair of 2 joggers) spent over $400 dollars for these items. Fedex comes and makes the delivery. They also took of picture of the package at the front door. I get the package. One item in the bag a yellow hoodie. I'm pissed. The order slip in the bag says all 4 items was in the bag. I sent an email to the customer service email address for them to say file a police report. I waited till Monday to call to speak with a representative who was horrible might I add lied to me. Did not do what he stated he was going to do. Called back a couple of days later to get the recording saying to chat with a rep online. Then today to received another email saying I need to file a police report. So now this company is wasting my time to file a police report. I will be doing tomorrow. Do not do business with this company horrible just $#*!ing horrible. You can clearly see from fedex picture the bag did not contain 4 items.
I placed my order in NOVEMBER on the website. (Because the store is always out of stock) 2 weeks goes by, no package. I call, get an operator with badly broken English; so I then call corporate office in California, it's ONE GUY at a front desk who then tells me everyone is working from home and UNAVAILABLE since it's 5 days until Christmas. So he transfers me to the 800# again, they tell me because the company created a label they aren't able to refund me my money. They had to "escalate it" to someone else who will be able to follow the paper trail, and I would have to wait for someone to get in touch with me. It's been 2 weeks, nobody's returned my emails or calls and when I call to check status, it's a nightmare of communication & confusion. They will RIP YOU OFF. Never will I purchase online again with these people. At this point, Im just cutting my ties, they can keep the $200.

I ordered a shirt over a week ago and there had been no updates on if it was shipped yet. I look on the app and it says the order was canceled. I talked to a customer service person and he said it went out of stock and wasn't going to ever be restocked. But i ordered it over a week ago and it didn't even say it was low in stock or anything. All i got was a crappy 15% off coupon which im definitely not using. It was the only christmas gift my boyfriend asked for and now i cant give it to him. I'm definitely not spending anymore money on this place.

For Cyber Monday I received a text saying $15 Jeans and 50% off site wide. When I went to make a purchase, after giving all the marketing information they wanted from me (e.g. My Name, Email, Phone) they tell me that the item I want to buy is excluded. What does site wide mean if you're going to exclude items? Very misleading. Be careful not to give them what they want until they verify that you can take advantage of their discounts.
Decent clothes, extremely difficult to ship clothes back, they don't provide a shipping label. Also customer service never responds.
I purchased online what I thought would be a normal, cute sweater. The model showed the sweater tucked in. When I received it, it was a crop top! It measured 16 inches from the shoulder, just a little over the length of a ruler! Yet it had gorilla arms that hung down almost to my knees. Now I have to pay $7 to ship it back. The rest of the quality was also terrible. The stitching around the cutout was all torn and ragged. Lesson learned, I will never order from them again.

Knoxville Tennessee location. Was going to buy $400 worth of clothes they have four dressing rooms was told my son cannot try on the clothes. The lady just walked off we was at the register. Very rude. The 2 girls working looked like they haven't taken showers ever. Very unprofessional! I called consumer service to complain, that lady was useless! If she even understood my complaint. BUT-- then could understand and ask for my email. I told her I didn't want them sending me offers, seriously!
It's been over a month since I ordered and still have not received my items. Tried calling, nothing. Tried email, noting.big scam.
Ordered my daughter shoes. They sent men's size. I spoke with "support." Which was so bad! They informed me that way below the item, size, details, is a note that they only ship in men's sizes. NOT WHERE you select the size. So needless to say, my daughter got new clown shoes. And to fix, they say ship back for $7 fee. Via Fedex. With a deadline to do so. Even though they sent cheapest path they could with USPS. Which took forever. I would recommend buying off a street vendor or even the homeless before ever purchasing from PacSun. Holy cow, it really is not hard to sell shoes for more than men. OR list ONLY FOR THEM.

Never buying from here again. Every time they mess up my order and send me my stuff late even though i pay for expedited shipping to avoid it. Their customer service is terrible too. They also never load your rewards. 0/10
I have ordered thousands of dollars worth of hoodies and sweatpants from these bozo's and the stuff never gets to me. It gets held up in customs and then has to be returned to PacSun because PacSun messed up the labels. I have things that I ordered over a year ago and I still have not received them. This is the worst company and customer service that I have ever had the dis-pleasure of dealing with. It won't take to much longer before they go belly up (I hope). PacSun is a total joke.

Don't try to return anything with a receipt they refuse to give me my money back and it would not go back on to my debit card I paid with. She said my only option was a gift card. Well I didn't want a gift card my daughter didn't find one thing she liked here. And than the manager got rude me. Told me I needed to call customer service myself and deal with it. Worst customer service. Their online ordering system revised our address so order was sent to the wrong address. When we called to let them know, they required a police report to issue refund. Ridiculous, especially as this was their fault. Note also that when we called, one agent told us the refund was approved. When we called back, the next agent had no idea what we were talking about. Again, indicated we needed a police report.
If I could give 0 stars I would. I made an online order that came to over $1,000. One item was missing from the order. They would not admit that it was their fault. Told me to file a police report for the missing bikini bottom when the box came sealed. Why would I file a police report for a missing bikini bottom? Why would I place the blame on someone else when they obviously made a mistake when packaging the order. Just sounds ridiculous.

I called them regarding an order that doesn't fit me and they're are refusing to send me a shipping label to return it back i even talked to the supervisor his name was Raymond i spent 450$ on essentials and they're refusing to even give store credit worse customer service ever i always get stuff when they drop and this time sizes came and they're not right I explained everything first they said they will give store credit and then they're like oh sorry nvm very disappointing
This company sucks and won't stand by the quality of thier products (produced in Vietnam). Bought a pair of men's trunks ($45-$60), wore them into the pool one time and they turned white (turquoise dye). Contacted pacsun and representative said i could return and receive a store credit. Well the return label email never came through, several days later another email was received stating it had be denied since it had been some time after purchasing them. Company won't stand by the quality of their products and make things right.
These people don't know how to make shirts. It came stained from the dye used.
Customer service's remedy was awful. They waste my time and then expect me to waste even more time and money to find a box to ship this faulty product back.
Time is money and you should not make your customers go thru hoops when you sent over a STAINED PRODUCT. On top of it, they offered normal shipping only. Do not return any faulty product that is THEIR FAULT as they will make you go thru hoops to remedy it.
Absolute worst customer service I've ever seen. Took six weeks to receive all products however in the meantime I called customer service and one day I was literally on the phone with them for four hours not only that but they were rude and disrespectful, they would leave me on the phone on hold for a half an hour pretending to double check my order and this went on for like four hours. I'll never spend another dollar ever again with this company.
The particular customer service person I was speaking to her name was Lody I politely told her that I couldn't understand what was being said if I could speak to another agent ( strong Filipino accent that I could not understand and their mode of speaking English does not make sense in the conversational world) anyways she sent me a Survey to fill out but on the survey as you can see posted in the pictures it says" tough times never last but tough people do " implying I was tough. So of course I gave her a one star. Then I asked to speak to a supervisor because I was really worried about when my package was going to arrive every receiving all kinds of fake emails but I wasn't sure if they were really real emails or fake emails in regards to FedEx. In the end Lody kept dodging my request to speak to a supervisor kept putting me on hold saying the supervisor was busy and this carried on for four hours. In total I spent $380.30, $40 of those dollars was for duties as I am Canadian so they charge us extra tax not a lot of money however not worth the trouble and horrible horrible service.

Me and my daughter visited the store located in the Old Orchard mall in Skokie IL - we spent approximately 25 minutes in the store looking through out their clothing and no one greeted us no one spoke to us, and no one offered any assistance - I ultimately purchased 3 items but I will never return there
I purchased a Fear of God item when I tried to sell it on Stock X the expert rejected it because of manufacturing defects and PCSUn refused to ex hangs or return it., please be aware when you buy expensive items from PACSUN online or I store, triple check your items.
