I am in love with these socks. First Christmas gift of the year!
I bought 12 pair of no show socks which I love but 6 pr do not have the rubber piece on the heel so they slide down in your shoe. I emailed customer support a week ago and have heard nothing so then I contacted them a second time and no response.
The shopping experience is great, I just hope my entire order arrives at the same time... unlike last time! Update: it all arrived and I am thrilled!
Do not believe this company! They have non-existent customer service, which will bite them in the a*s soon enough - or not soon enough for me. I ordered 8 pairs and was sent the wrong socks - lemon yellow instead of white. They will not respond to their customer service email, and there is no other way to contact them. It is also important to note that you cannot leave a negative review on their website, which is the only reason that they have a perfect rating on their website. The socks are nice, although less than half alpaca content. But be prepared to get the wrong thing, or as others have noted here, get nothing at all with no recourse.
I love them. Feet don't sweat. Very soft and great cushion. Low socks are great for summer. Just what I was looking for.
I love these alpaca socks, They ate soft, warm, and fit really well. They stay up without the band being too tight. I'll be buying more in the future.

These are the most comfortable socks I have ever worn and I have tried many different socks.
I love these socks. I have Epidermolysis Bullosa Simplex and these socks are literally the only ones that are CONSISTENTLY ABLE to keep my feet from blistering.
Sorting didn't work as anticipated. Still worked well enough to get what I wanted but it didn't sort how I wanted it to. Also, some packs are not available such as the 6 pack white, grey, and black solid in women's sizing.
Very helpful support. My package was lost by the P. O. It has finally showed up 2 weeks later. The package was ripped open and then taped up but the socks were fine.
