This order was for a friend's college graduation. She always admired my socks so I gave her some. She was tickled pink to get them.
Ordering was easy, delivery was prompt.,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
Great Christmas gifts and request for same for birthday
It was an easy to use app and good quality products. I got them very quickly as well.
I ordered a 6 Pack-Women's Crew Pacas Socks on 04-24-2022 I have received nothing! --- no products --no delivery information --no tracking number! BUT, of course, my credit card has been charged! And, now I cannot even get a response from the company. My next step is to make a fraud claim to my credit card! Thanks for Nothing Pacas.
Best socks ever except they pill easily. These are the warmest, softest and most comfy socks ever. My feet never sweat with these which is one of the best features.
Love them wear them every day Fast and great service
Shopping was easy can't wait to find out how they feel. Wanted to see how soft they are. I received my pacas they are so soft. I am very pleased.
Excellent customer communication. Bright, cheery website. Easy to read print.
I love the socks. They are the most comfortable socks I've ever worn. The ankle socks don't slip down into my shoes like other socks, and I am very pleased about that. Some of the socks seem like they are woven differently than others. Some are more fuzzy and slippery, and others feel more fitting and stable. Anyway, thank you. I'll buy more.
Only thing is I wanted the exact sock on your add. The white and pink one with stripes and solids. Then you had another pretty green color. I can't find those in your store but they are what drew me in!
Pacas socks are the most comfortable socks I have ever worn. Highly recommended to anyone who suffers from Hot burning feet.
Your website is easy to navigate. It was easy to choose my socks. They are plush, like a little thick but not too thick, and fit perfectly.
Easy online shopping. The website was easy to follow.
I got a pair of these socks. I was so impressed, I decided to get everyone in my family a pair. I put in an additional order. The only negative was I was supposed to get a discount due to being a new customer but I did not.
I have ordered Pacas socks at least a half dozen times. The socks are soft and warm. I placed an order for two pair of socks in November 2022. In early
December I placed another order for several pairs of socks as Christmas gifts. I have not heard anything from this company regarding either order. I went to their site to review my account and orders. I discovered you can't access account, order history or any tracking numbers that may have been created! I then tried to register for an account, but there is no method of "setting up an account" available.
Scary! The only mode of communication with this company was to send an email, which I did. I received a reply stating they are still processing my order. Pacas source their fiber from the Peruvian Andes, ******* feet above sea level and they are expecting delays in shipping the product out of Peru. My thoughts: knowing the Christmas season will likely bring in voluminous orders, wouldn't you stock up on all your product ingredients early in the year...like maybe June or July? Be wary of using this site to order Alpaca socks.
I am replacing my family's socks with these! Absolutely love them
I am in love with these socks. First Christmas gift of the year!
Answer: While I caution using the word "scam", here's a few fun facts about PACAS: -Per label on the socks I receive, ONLY 42% ALPACA! Pacas advertises socks as 100% alpaca fleece, company email and social Media comments states 50% alpaca, website conveniently does not list fabric contents. -Pacas has claimed on IG/FB their products are manufactured in USA with alpaca fiber from Peru but no additional information is available to verify. Their packaging and website conveniently contain no manufacturing/origin information about their products. -Additionally, they have multiple conflicting statements and ads about their donations to children's hospitals and no pictures, posts, or press releases are available to support any donation claims from the company. -Since March 2022, they have accumulated 3k+ reviews just on sitejabber. Most of those reviews appear to be "verified site experience" in exchange for a coupon code and many are clearly FAKE. It appears the company is attempting to cover up real reviews from customers that never received their orders. They have also deleted hundreds of comments on social media from unhappy customers with incorrect, defective or missing orders. *See FTC site for regulations and guidelines for wool/textile labeling, "made in USA" labeling, shipping fulfillment and reviews/endorsements, as well as an online form for consumers to report fraudulent behavior and concerning business practices.
Answer: Totally unresponsive to my emails. Thankfully used PayPal so was able to open a complaint. Was a total waste of time and created unnecessary stress during an already stressful time.
Answer: My guess is that many of the reviews are not made by real customers.
