Sadly, I cancelled my order after 2 weeks had gone by without any sign of it having shipped.
I reached out to customer support and wonder if ever would have heard from them otherwise.
They said shipping was delayed, but that was it.

Ok easy to use great product, fast shipping, nothing like it, one of a kind
Items were packaged in soft, thin plastic envelopes and were destroyed during shipping. This was a over $180 dollar order which, and given Pacas relatively high price per item I feel like that should at least justify more than a dingle layer plastic envelope mailer. Attempted to resolve with Pacas for 45 days with photos of the packaging and the socks showing clearly destroyed merchandise and shipping materials. Never received a response, and disputed it with my credit card company. Pacas then had the nerve to declare everything was received in good order. Now I must travel to another retailer and have them document the condition on their letterhead out of the kindness of their heart and estimate the cost to rectify. I live in the middle of nowhere; it's why I shop online. Clearly Pacas is relying in consumer ambivalence inplace of operational competence.
Made every effort to give Pacas an opportunity to resolve this internally before I ended up being essentially robbed. As far as I'm concerned company has zero credibility.

Basically, we love our socks. I was disappointed the design/color wasn't in the size set I needed, so I ordered a different set with one more pair, so more $. I also wanted a larger size for kids which are not available. My partner ordered a few pair of the men's socks. The order didn't take too long to arrive. The compression socks have excellent for me, not too tight, not too loose, tho they are pilling a lot. The ankle socks fit perfectly and are soft and warm. My partner likes his choices, loves the fit and softness. We are happy with our selections!

Answer: While I caution using the word "scam", here's a few fun facts about PACAS: -Per label on the socks I receive, ONLY 42% ALPACA! Pacas advertises socks as 100% alpaca fleece, company email and social Media comments states 50% alpaca, website conveniently does not list fabric contents. -Pacas has claimed on IG/FB their products are manufactured in USA with alpaca fiber from Peru but no additional information is available to verify. Their packaging and website conveniently contain no manufacturing/origin information about their products. -Additionally, they have multiple conflicting statements and ads about their donations to children's hospitals and no pictures, posts, or press releases are available to support any donation claims from the company. -Since March 2022, they have accumulated 3k+ reviews just on sitejabber. Most of those reviews appear to be "verified site experience" in exchange for a coupon code and many are clearly FAKE. It appears the company is attempting to cover up real reviews from customers that never received their orders. They have also deleted hundreds of comments on social media from unhappy customers with incorrect, defective or missing orders. *See FTC site for regulations and guidelines for wool/textile labeling, "made in USA" labeling, shipping fulfillment and reviews/endorsements, as well as an online form for consumers to report fraudulent behavior and concerning business practices.
Answer: Totally unresponsive to my emails. Thankfully used PayPal so was able to open a complaint. Was a total waste of time and created unnecessary stress during an already stressful time.
Answer: My guess is that many of the reviews are not made by real customers.
