Very good. They ran out of some options though. In general, it was pleasant.
Customer service is great and I love there socks., I loved them so much I ordered some for my husband.Great customer service and support.
I placed my order on the 10th. It's now the 26th and it still hasn't shipped. I've made 2 inquiries asking about when it would ship. They weren't listed as a back order item. Both times they apologized but never gave me a reason or when I could expect them to be shipped. This is my first time shopping with them and my last. Very, very poor communication.
Easy to find what I was looking for and check out was a breeze
The women's low cut socks developed holes after less than 2 months of wear. When I contacted the company they said that as it was more than 1 month from purchase they were unwilling to provide a refund or replacement. This suggests to me that they only expect their socks to last for 1 month.
Easy to order! But companies don't ever give you time to try out clothes.
These socks are super soft, fit perfect and are just the right suport in my hiking boots.
Not only have both my orders not been shipped out yet and it's been 2 weeks but I was charged sales tax and there is no sales tax in Oregon where I am paying from. I was not charged sales tax several months ago when I placed two orders but now I am and still hasn't even been shipped after 2 weeks!
27183 is my 30% off code but it didn't apply so
Site easy to navigate. Love the fit and feel of sock. Maybe I'm just spoiled by Amazon Prime and its 2 day shipping but it seemed like it took closer to 2 weeks to get my Pacas order. Still, the wait was worth it.
I'm shopping early. Looks like a win in terms of a great Christmas gift for my sock-loving sister-in-law.
The ordering was the easy part. This is my 2nd time ordering packs.
It's the delivery I seem to have issues with. The first time my order was lost or very delayed. The customer support was awesome and replaced my order. Actually the initial order showed up weeks later. Go figure.
I recently place an order and it came when it should have minus the 4 pack of crew socks. This too has bee resolved by customer support but so far I have not received the missing 4 pack.
My friend gave me a pair for my birthday and I am so glad that she did. Your socks are amazing!
Love your socks and can't get enough! A little disappointed in the sweater I bought. It's not as soft as the socks and somewhat itchy. I'll have to wear long sleeves when wearing it.
Easy site. Found right what I needed. Good variety!
Ordering is easy...choosing which socks to buy this budget cycle is hard.
Still haven't rec' d my order but I was given a discount for my patience and so am happy with Ashley who has been my contact thru this all
Quick…. Easy ordering! Socks are exceptional. Great fit. Comfortable! Wash well! Will be ordering again!
Ordered the size they showed for a 10.5 shoe size and they are way to big.
Love the socks. They don't slip into shoes. I will definitely repurchase.
Quick and easy process. Good products. Compression socks were easy tp put on, no struggles.
Eazy order pricess and payment options
Answer: While I caution using the word "scam", here's a few fun facts about PACAS: -Per label on the socks I receive, ONLY 42% ALPACA! Pacas advertises socks as 100% alpaca fleece, company email and social Media comments states 50% alpaca, website conveniently does not list fabric contents. -Pacas has claimed on IG/FB their products are manufactured in USA with alpaca fiber from Peru but no additional information is available to verify. Their packaging and website conveniently contain no manufacturing/origin information about their products. -Additionally, they have multiple conflicting statements and ads about their donations to children's hospitals and no pictures, posts, or press releases are available to support any donation claims from the company. -Since March 2022, they have accumulated 3k+ reviews just on sitejabber. Most of those reviews appear to be "verified site experience" in exchange for a coupon code and many are clearly FAKE. It appears the company is attempting to cover up real reviews from customers that never received their orders. They have also deleted hundreds of comments on social media from unhappy customers with incorrect, defective or missing orders. *See FTC site for regulations and guidelines for wool/textile labeling, "made in USA" labeling, shipping fulfillment and reviews/endorsements, as well as an online form for consumers to report fraudulent behavior and concerning business practices.
Answer: Totally unresponsive to my emails. Thankfully used PayPal so was able to open a complaint. Was a total waste of time and created unnecessary stress during an already stressful time.
Answer: My guess is that many of the reviews are not made by real customers.
