Order placed 10/21/09
November 25, 2009

Order placed 10/21/09. Via their website, worst case scenario, 7 days for arrival. Today is 11/25/09. Nothing received. I have emailed 5 times and made 5 different phone calls. The email was never responded to. When you call, all you receive, every time, is an opportunity to leave a message. I did, each time. No return phone call.
This is a fraudulent company and you will have to report this company to reverse the payment they will be keeping.
I would highly recommend NOT doing business with this company!

DO NOT ORDER from this website. Placed an order on 11/30/09. Credit card was charged immediately. Boots were never received. Asked that order be cancelled if delivery could not be made by Christmas. Received cancellation e-mail on 12/16/09 but have not had credit card credited. Can get no response from the company.

Well I certainly wish I had done my research on this website before ordering. I'm in the same boat. Ordered boots, took forever to get (but charged my credit card immediately) and were wrong size. Took at least a month to get an RA to return. I returned them and was received back by their company on 11/18/09. Haven't gotten a credit on my card yet. They won't answer the phone and I can't even get their website to come up. I will file a complaint with BBB.

I ordered my boots 9/11/09 finally recieved them 10/13/09 after i called several times and was told different stories each time. I proabaly wouldn't have said anything but since i have recieved my boots the bottoms have come off and when you do my line off work a dry pair of boots goes a long way. Now they are closed or not answering the phone so unless i find my receit i proabaly am stuck with these boots and everybody knows money doesn't grow on trees. Just hate this happened to all the others and me to.

It seems I have fell for this scam company as well. I ordered a pair of boots on 12/27/09 and the charge hit my credit/debit card within minutes. I didn't get to alarmed until everyday that I checked order status it says "Pending shipment" Now I try to email and call this company and get absolutely no response to either. Today their mailbox is full what a surprise. I only pray that I can dispute this charge and get my money back. These boots were all my son wanted for Christmas. Happy Holidays to us!

Ordered a pair of danner boots in early november 09, still haven't recieved as of 2june10 with, of course, no response and no refund. I gave up calling and emailing because of no response. Filed report with georgia bbb, but no action taken. Don't order from this company, i don't think their website even exists anymore. This site was sponsered by google when i ordered. If i'm ever in georgia or even close, i will visit with negative results. Lost 210.00.

This is the WORST company that you could possibly do business with.
I ordered a pair of boots OVER a month ago and I still have not received them. I have called AND emailed COUNTLESS times, with no response to my emails, and I ALWAYS get a recording and no call back. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE, FOR ANY REASON.

WHAT A BIG FAT SCAM - They are quick to take your money and you never get the item - I ordered boots back on 12/3 never received and to this day have not gotten my money back - company never responds to any of my emails nor can I get through on their customer service phone numbers. WHAT AN AWFUL EXPERIENCE! I HOPE THEY CAN LIVE WITH THEMSELVES TAKING EVERYONES MONEY - WHAT GOES AROUND COMES AROUND!

They charged my credit card 4 weeks ago, and I still don't have the merchandise and they will not return my phone calls, I have e-mailed them several times and no response. I am awaiting action by the Georgia BBB. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS FIRM!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! To make a long story short I have been waiting over two months for item I ordered on10-17-09 or a refund. On 12-12-09 I filed a complaint with the Georgia BBB. They informed me the next day that complaint was forwarded to the company. Still waiting to hear from them. I urge anyone that has a problem with this company to file a complaint not only with the Georgia BBB but also the Georgia Governor's office of consumer affairs. Governor's office will only take action if there a number of complaints or pattern of problems with any company.

On a Monday I ordered a pair of boots from this company. They told me that they were in stock. It takes two days for processing. I was told that if I paid for next day air shipment, I would be guaranteed to receive them by Friday. Thursday comes and I call to check on my order. I was told the boots did not ship yet and they did not know why. He would call me back. An hour goes by, no call. I call back. He then proceeds to check his email, makes me wait a couple of minutes then says, the boots I ordered are out of stock.

Out of stock? I was guaranteed the boots by Friday! If I wasn't going to get them they should have let me know without me having to call them. I canceled the order and told him I wanted my money back. I asked to speak to a supervisor and he said he was the owner.

I wait 3 business days and keep looking for my money. It took them 2 business days to charge my account. I send an email demanding my money back. The transaction had not even been initiated until I had to request them to do it. I would probably still be waiting for them to send me my money back had I not demanded it back.

I WOULD NOT recommend this company to anyone, especially if you are in a hurry to receive your product.

I had to drive 35 miles one way to buy what I wanted and if the need arises, I will shop there from now on.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE! Unless you like throwing money in the garbage, do not bother with this website. Any of you who have been burned (like me) should take the time to file a complaint with the BBB & Attorney General. This company is a scam and should be shut-down. They will readily & quickly take your money. That is the last you will hear from them. Your order will stay in an infinite status of "pending". They will not return your calls. They will not respond to your e-mails. And "HA" if you think they're going to give your money back! But here's a tip: when you call to check on the status of the order (that won't be shipped to you anyway), DO NOT TELL THEM YOU'RE CALLING TO CHECK THE ORDER STATUS! Instead, make up some name and tell them you are having trouble placing the order through their website. They will call you back if they think they haven't gotten your money yet. Even if they do call you back, they'll probably just lie to you and never answer the phone again. But at least you can feel a little better to tell them off. To get your money back, you will most likely have to dispute the charges with your credit card company.
