Outcast Clothing

I genuinely wouldn't wish this upon my worst enemy. Their policies and customer support is the worst I've ever seen, making returns or exchanges a nightmare. Not to mention, the quality of the clothing is horrible and extremely overpriced. Seriously, do NOT give them your money.

Do not buy clothing from outcast! They will never give you a refund. I bought a skirt which arrived and was very poor quality. When I tried to get a refund they rudely stated I should have read their refund policy as they do not offer one for change of mind or wrong size! When I wrote and said that is not why I am returning it but due to the quality I received no further correspondence!

Sent out about 10 emails to their "customer service" asking when the item I ordered would be shipped out. On their site, it states in the description: "pre-orders for this item will be shipped APPROX EARLY APRIL." it's now the 20th and nothing has been shipped. I ordered almost a month ago to wear to a show at the end of the month. I would be less disappointed if someone would have reached out to me.

Save your cash, worst quality. High prices and basically no after service. Can't return it if you have tried it on? How do I know if it fits? Only store credit to re order more sh! T quality clothes. Be warned don't do it! Such a shame.

I ordered 4 sets to see if they were good. Quality was horrible on all of them. They took one back as I wanted to return it the. After I sent it back and paid postage they denied my return for being apparently over 14 Days. Ao many other shops have the same style of clothes with a lot better quality and costumer service. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Ordered and paid $100 for a dress. The fit was extremely small. The package was received whilst I was in Sydney for a business trip. Tried the dress on when I was back, was too small so requested an exchange via email and was told no. What kind of online or any clothing business doesn't have more than a 14 day return policy these days?!
There's a reason why I shop with online stores that have an amazing returns policy.

I spent hundreds of dollars and never received my items. When I contacted them they were 0 help just said it was delivered. Waste of money!

I ordered a dress that was $70 with shipping. It took two weeks to get here and the quality of the dress was atrocious. If you told me the dress was made by SHEIN, I would believe. That's how cheap it was. ALSO, IT STAINED MY HANDS BLUE INK FROM TOUCHING IT. I was apalled. And now they are offering me only store credit. Do not shop at this store.

I ordered 4 dresses for a friend, then quickly went back and ordered another for her. The sizes on all default to extra small unless you click the drop-down and change it which I did to small. Still all times shipped in XS and do not come close to fitting. No response from the customer service link. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!

The clothing is overhyped and the quality is very poor, ordered a bunch of stuff during their sale and was definitely not worth it. Save your money and buy from other sites!

I ordered an outfit for a festival which cost me £44 with £14 shipping, when it came the quality was SO cheap the top was completely see through and the sizing was completely offer, I emailed there customer service team who said I cannot return I have to swap the item however I knew full well the rest of the items quality like what I ordered won't be good, I had to pay £9 to return my outfit again which they refused to pay me back then when I got to exchange it for something else I had to pay another £14 to exchange my crap piece of clothing for another crap piece of clothing, I spoke to a lady in the customer service team which wouldn't of been more unhelpful her name was Tamika, just a horrendous experience I would never buy from them again and I urge you not to either unless you want to pay over the odds for a extremely poor quality item

Let me tell you about the worst experience I had with this company. I was so excited to receive my order, but as soon as I opened the package, I was disappointed. The material was so bad and felt like it was going to fall apart any moment. Moreover, the color was not as vibrant as it was shown in the image. It was a complete mismatch.

However, I thought it could be a mistake, so I contacted their customer support to return the product. They assured me that I could return it and mentioned that it was approved. But when I tried to return the product, they refused to take it back. They were not doing the needful, and I felt cheated.

To make matters worse, the senior customer support executive I spoke to was extremely rude. She did not even bother to listen to my complaints and cut off my call abruptly. I was shocked and felt disrespected. It was as if they did not care about their customers at all.

I realized that this company was not trustworthy at all. They were selling low-quality products, and their customer support was terrible. They did not stand behind their promises and refused to take responsibility for their mistakes.

If you are considering buying any product in this company, my advice would be to stay far away. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment.

WORST EVER CUSTOMER SERVICE. Not willing to help. With problems they just refer you to their FAQs/Policy. I am having problems receiving my item and NO ONE IS HELPING! I'm addition, I have decided I never want to encounter this again so I would like a refund and to not support the company by purchasing any more items based on the unwillingness to help and the Absense of customer care. However, they have emphasised their policy once again, informing me they do not do any refunds only store credit. Which is obviously bit helpful as I do not at all want to support a company that do not care about the people purchasing their items.

Their clothes are such a hit or miss (usually miss) and their return policy is horrible. Can only wear their clothes for pics not outside the house because they're so impractical

I placed with Generation Outcast an order from USA in July 24,2020. Today is 9/28/2020 and I have not yet recieved my order. The company contacted me via email stating tht they needed a copy of my passport, credit card and credit card statement, that my order looked suspicious and that they take fraud very seriously. I replied to them that I did not feel saved sending such personal information, that I buy things online and never was I asked to send such information. I also told them that my credit card passed with no problem. I asked for them to either send me the order of refund me card back. Their responsewas that they could only give me a store credit. I have never heard such thing. I haven't even received my order and they want to give me a store credit? We are talking about $640 USA. I contacted my credit card company and told them what was going on and they thought is was suspicious of Generation Outcast to ask me for all that info, so I started a dispute to get me money back. After a month, my credit card contacted me stating that Generation Outcast contacted them and told them they had sipped my order. On top of that they recharged my credit card no $640 BUT $656. Why? Who knows! As of today 9/28/2020 I have not received any order, no communication with Generation Outcast and now I have to dispute and fight for this charge. I am very dissapointed with this company. I usually dont write reviews. If you read this, I can only advise you to be very careful with this company. As of me, I defenitly wont buy anything else from this store. And I hope I can solve this problem.

Absolute worst experience shopping here. It's an online clothing store which doesn't offer refunds? That's a red flag alone as clothing stores should be the first to offer refunds as you never how things will fit. Once you receive your clothes, you realise why they don't offer returns: because their clothes are terribly overpriced with the worst cheap, tacky feeling. Please do not buy here. I returned my order and used the store credit to try some other items. Those items did not arrive and I messaged them after a week of waiting for a confirmation email only for them to tell me they didn't have the items I ordered. So they never intended to fulfil my order and were just going to keep my money and hope that I would forget? This place is a scam. Also they have over 1 million followers on instagram yet only a couple thousand likes on each post so they are clearly buying followers to gain credibility. I am currently trying to receive a refund for m order and will report them to fair work and I'm even considering legal action so that others are aware and warned about this company and their sketchy practices. Also will report them to instagram for buying fake followers :) hope they go out of business asap

I made a purchase on generation outcast and spent a little over $240.00 on July 20th and I paid an extra $18 for express shipping which is (3-5 business days) because I wanted the clothes to arrive in plenty of time before the music festival I wanted to attend. I started to get worried when it took the company just 3 business days to package and begin shipping my order, so I sent them a message on Instagram. In the beginning the replied, until it got to my order number and then they just left me on read and never dealt with the situation. When I received my package there was another $46.60 fee for customs clearance. I was happy that my clothes finally arrived but when I opened into it, the quality was not what I expected for $240. The zippers barely worked, the material was thin and felt fragile. I ordered the potential bodysuit in red and it was way too big for me and it was a small the straps never stayed on and honestly it was not worth the money I paid. I bought the playing harness that i saw as well and the material of the belt already started fraying. The nebula two piece is see-through and the skirt already frayed a little when i put it on. I would never shop here ever again because the products are overpriced I feel like I got scammed with shipping.
