I placed with Generation Outcast an order from USA in July 24,2020. Today is 9/28/2020 and I have not yet recieved my order. The company contacted me via email stating tht they needed a copy of my passport, credit card and credit card statement, that my order looked suspicious and that they take fraud very seriously. I replied to them that I did not feel saved sending such personal information, that I buy things online and never was I asked to send such information. I also told them that my credit card passed with no problem. I asked for them to either send me the order of refund me card back. Their responsewas that they could only give me a store credit. I have never heard such thing. I haven't even received my order and they want to give me a store credit? We are talking about $640 USA. I contacted my credit card company and told them what was going on and they thought is was suspicious of Generation Outcast to ask me for all that info, so I started a dispute to get me money back. After a month, my credit card contacted me stating that Generation Outcast contacted them and told them they had sipped my order. On top of that they recharged my credit card no $640 BUT $656. Why? Who knows! As of today 9/28/2020 I have not received any order, no communication with Generation Outcast and now I have to dispute and fight for this charge. I am very dissapointed with this company. I usually dont write reviews. If you read this, I can only advise you to be very careful with this company. As of me, I defenitly wont buy anything else from this store. And I hope I can solve this problem.
