In one word: Unsecured.
The login page does not have a secure sign in option and that is a huge turn off. I asked their customer service if they have a secure sign in page, and if not then can they provide such option. Didn't receive any reply.
Ouffer hairdressing coupon... Merchant would not honour and Ouffer refused refund. I purchased an Ouffer in July for a hairdresser which expired December 6th. Tried a couple of times to contact this merchant and got an answering machine (during normal business hours) and no return call. Bottom line is when I got them they couldn't (wouldn't) fit me in before the expiry date.
Contacted Ouffer and after 2 weeks (and 3 emails) finally got a response. They drew my attention to some fine print - Bookings are essential and are subject to availability • Please note bookings are to be made within one month of expiry.
Please note the wording WITHIN a month... If they mean I must book a month before the expiry date then this should say Please note bookings are to be made up until 6th November or alternatively Please note bookings are to be made prior to (or up until) one month of expiry date. Instead they had this obscure (incorrect) information hidden in the fine print and say because of that I am out of luck.
