I'm paying for a premium service and can't watch or download anything from the Osn on demand since all my recorded content got deleted. After 2 weeks and tens of calls, simply their team says they cannot fix it and I can delete the account if I want. OSN you won't last long. All your customers will soon flee away because you're too cheap to hire competent people.

I'm paying for a premium service and can't watch or download anything from the Osn on demand since all my recorded content got deleted. After 2 weeks and tens of calls, simply their team says they cannot fix it and I can delete the account if I want. OSN you won't last long. All your customers will soon flee away because you're too cheap to hire competent people.

Made a mistake taking annual subscription. Within the next month started facing issues such as video glitches!, audio out of sync, signing out by itself. Even after communicating with the technical team and other concerned department it was not resolved. Now they stopped replying to my messages.
They have a very poor response team where we have to got their platform to reply and not through a mailing system so they have the power to delete the full chat if needed I guess. Even after following up for 2 to 3 weeks they are just ignoring and do not have the courtesy to even fix it or atleast refund.

As a platform it's not actually bad, however what makes OSN truly terrible is their horribly incompentent and inexperienced staff. I tried cancelling my service several times and they kept delaying it. They also asked me to pay a large fee if I wanted to cancel even though when we first subscribed to the service, the employee did not mention such a fee when I asked him about it. Stay clear.

I had a subscription - next renewal (payment) date is 20th October. I cancelled the subscription today (10th October). When I login to watch, I'm unable to do so - which means they cancelled the subscription with immediate effect even though I have 10 days watch time which I've already paid for. Very disappointing. Perhaps take some notes from other global streaming services.

I registered while I was in Dubai and then I wanted to cancel my subscription but I was I Turkey and when I tried to sign in it said that "service is not available in your region". I emailed them and they replied explaining same steps I already tried before so I told my self they didn't bother themselves to even read my email carefully! I sent them back but never reply me anymore. And when new months started they charged me for new month. Full of irresponsible careless team

Beware everyone when you subscribe to OSN Plus, be sure to ready the fine print coz they end up charging you without informing you and when you request for a refund they refuse sighting rules and regulations!. I was charged AED 399 to renew my subscription and they have not bothered to inform me about it. Very unethical and not at all fair on their part.

I called to cancel my subscription, they did, but deducted money from my card at the end of the month anyway, so I called them, they said it was a mistake and I will get my money back in 5 working days, nothing was done, no money, I kept calling, asking, now they wont answer me, I even got a message saying that my refund was being processed, but still nothing, no calls, no answers, no money, since Jan of 2020

I paid for a month subscription to OSN plus, Saudi Arabia, yesterday. When I tried to log back in today, I was told I had to pay again. When I contacted the online Chat support, they locked me out from seeking online support because I had already deleted my emailed receipt. I will never give them my money again.

Holding bank details without my permission.
Refusing to cancel subscription and delete bank details.
Repeatedly trying to take money from my bank although telling them I no longer want their services.

Osn and starzplay, these two utterly useless apps share the same content and not to mention its like the content is whatever is the cheapest to get, I promise anything else would be better

OSN advertises that customers can record content they like to their OSN boxes with a premium subscription. Now we can't view any content recorded September 2020 and before! We keep getting error 4a when we try to view the recorded shows. OSN made a horrible interface "upgrade" at that time and apparently all downloaded content was damaged. OSN support is telling us to delete and download again from OSN on Demand but that content is not available. OSN is a horrible company. They charge a massive amount of money for a subscription and then take away content whenever they feel like it. Disgusting!

Tip for consumers:
Use Netflix not OSN

Most of the channels don't appear. Technical issues. Poor customer service. A very unpleasant experience. Zero value for money!

I subscripted for the free 7 days trial, HUGE MISTAKE! Don't fall for this trap. They made it almost impossible for you to cancel the subscription even before the 7 days are over, on the app there is no option to cancel and, on their website, they made it impossible for me to log in after forgetting my password, the customer service team is the worst I have ever experienced, they keep you waiting and after that refer you to the online chat, which is even worse. I think they get trained on "how to frustrate a customer till they give up". Every other day they were attempting to charge my card, I moved my money to another account, I know it's just 35aed however their services do not even deserve even AED 1 of my money. On the online chat they will only respond after a long time if you dare mention "cancellation" the agent was so rude and unhelpful, telling me to cancel on my own... after many attempts to do it on their website she eventually agreed to cancel it from her side, UNBELIEVABLE! She took me through all that hassle for nothing. My workmates shared the same sentiments of this bad service. I am not sure how they are still operating, I wish I had read the reviews before signing up for the 7 days trail, which by the way in essence it's not free (you pay for it through the painful experience) If you are reading this and are thinking of signing up... DON'T DO IT! Go to NETFLIX

The only thing they were prompt in was collecting they're one year subscription fee and after that nothing was as promised and when I got back to them on it they said there is nothing that we can do not even cancel your subscription... And even if we do you won't get back your money...
