Good luck trying to get any response from these people. They advise to email them on there site but do not respond to your emails. After further research I've determined that both company's Osiris tactical / urban survival arms may not have the inventory they advertise in stock on there sites. My opinion is based strictly on the size of there facilities. When researching there address I was able to quickly come to this conclusion
Took two weeks for them just to ship an item but yet they took my money right away. I still haven't received it 17 days after my order was placed. Their service us like mail order for the 80s. Avoid at all costs! If i don't receive the item by day 20, I will file a fraud claim with my credit card company. There are so many better options to do business with, stay with a reputable company.
I didn't come across this site until after I made a order with Osiris so, I was worried that I made a mistake. It did take about two weeks to receive my order but that is not unusual unless you order from Amazon. Overall a good experience and very reasonable prices. Thanks Osiris
Giovanni quickly responded to my request for another timing nut to be sent since there wasn't one in the package, but all he said was that it should have been there. Never heard from them after that, had to order one myself through another service. Scratches on the tank brake were pretty large as well from poor handling at their facility before it was wrapped for shipping. Will not be ordering from them again.
I ordered the complete SS80 build from their site. Waited for over a week, during which I sent two emails and tried calling them... No answer. Your best bet is talking with them via their website chat.
Note that they have a lengthy wait time for new customers due to fraud. Suggested they should make that known to new customers.
Overall decent.
I ordered AR-15.50 Beowulf Tank Style Muzzle Brake on 3/18 received it 3/29 in a envelope not wrapped up or anything just loose and flopping around and was missing the crush washer, I email to tell them and they said they were sorry and would have one out ASAP. Didn't receive anything as of 4/4, so I emailed them again to tell them that I still haven't received anything, with no reply and as if 4/9 still nothing. Really can't use the muzzle brake with out the washer. Great customer service!
This place is a giant scam. Avoid at all cost. I wish I would have seen these reviews before I placed my order. I am going to have to sue to get my money back. They emailed me back once and responded to my chat saying they were going to ship my order but they still have not done so. Ordered on 3/7/2020 still no shipping on 3/28/202
Bought a part Glock 2 pin (SP*******) in October, heard nothing, followed-up then they advised shipment.
Part arrived, appeared to have been previously machined, and was the WRONG part.
Sent request for RMA with images of the correct part. The correct image is shown on the left,
The merchandise sent is on the right, not even close.
The promised to fix it and then never returned my subsequent emails.
Deal with these people at your peril.
I'm extremely surprised to see these reviews, I have to say I think they may be fakes. I had a great experience with them they were soo helpful and knowledgeable I ordered 2.1911 kits. 1.45acp, 2.9mm. They did explain that they were going to be sent in different packages but it was not a extremely long shipping time so I'm a bit confused about all these reviews. And I had dealt with Christine, and Giovanni both were helpful and I plan to do business with again...
Hello, I have waiting patiently for a month to have my order shipped and have only asked for nothing but an update on my order. After countless and i mean countless attempts to contact you guys by both phone and email and haven't been susccesfull once that's ridiculous and no words could express how mad i am at the absolute disregard for a paying customer, worst company i have ever come across, OVER 4 WEEKS AND HAVEN'T BEEN ABLE TO CONTACT ONE PERSON WHAT A JOKE THIS COMPANY IS!

I ordered p80 g19 kit on on the 5th of November today is now the 20th or November I have only received two emails after I threatened to put my lawyer end my matters which I'm most definitely going to have to do because no one has gotten back up to me this guy Giovanni Sanchez have told me that my package will be in the mail when I received a tracking number that was a week ago I received a tracking number and my package is still not in the mail I feel like this is a scam I haven't had no returns for phone calls you called the number that is on the website and it goes straight to a $#*!y $#*! voicemail every time this is the worst company that I ever spent my money with I feel like I was robbed without a gun I haven't received any emails when my package will be delivered at the numerous of emails do not order from them do not call them do not try to buy anything from them it is a fraud and it is a scam scam scam scam
I ordered a Glock 17 complete slide but before I ordered it I got in contact with them to see if the item was in stock and to figure out how long shipping would take. They told me they have the item in stock and it would take 3 to 4 business days. So I ordered and 2 weeks later I don't get my confirmation email or anything saying my item shipped so I get ahold of them last thursday which was the 30th of January they tell me my item will be shipped that following Friday or Monday. Dope! Except they of course didn't ship it so I got a hold of the again. Literally had to message them on social media, the website, email and call and finally at the end of the day they get back to me telling me maybe the item is out of stock, so I showed them the messages they sent me saying they were in stock, then they say that they're behind on shipping from the holidays so I show them the messages of them telling me more than once my item would be shipped, then after I go on their page warning others not to buy from them they say I'm just mad that they aren't amazon prime. No $#*! head I'm mad that your business is shady and you take people's money and scam them saying you have all these products that you truthfully don't have. I bugged them enough to the point that they SAID they issued me a refund. However they are expert bulls****ers so we shall see. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY! SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!

Sir, you should be more considerate with your reviews especially seeing you have not done business with our Company. We are quite a legitimate business operating over 10 years with great success and a large following of return customers.
