Not a good business, avoid!
February 8, 2020

I ordered a complete 80% pistol kit the first week of January. 2 weeks went by and I heard nothing, but they charged my card. I contacted them via chat, they assured me my order was in stock would go out by the middle of the next week. 2 weeks later, still nothing. I chatted with them again - this time they told me some of the kit parts had been back ordered and had just arrived. They assured me it would go out first thing the next week. Middle of that week I had a tracking number as promised, but it had not shipped. A week later (now we're into Feb) and they still haven't dropped my package off to the postal carrier. I initiated chat, and they said it would go out that day. That didn't happen either. Two days later I finally I had to threaten to contact my CC company and file a fraud claim, after which they finally shipped my order that day. I don't have it yet so we'll see what it actually looks like when/if it gets here. It does appear that they expedited shipping, perhaps in an attempt to make things right. If everything is as described I won't press the issue and consider the matter closed, but I won't be shopping here again.

This is just bad business practice. If my items were back ordered, simply tell me there's a waiting period - I'd be OK with that. Don't lie to me so you can stall for time. After doing research on this company, I've come to the conclusion that this company is most likely only one or two people running a drop-ship type business. Their website is almost identical to Urban Survival Arms (also located in Lancaster CA), so they are probably a sister company run by the same people. Their products are a fantastic deal so I'm sure what is happening is they are flooded with orders, have nothing in stock, so they stall until they can get product from their distributors. Then the couple of employees that are there scramble to fill orders that have been piling up. If they expanded their company and added 10-20 workers, I'm sure that this would improve. I feel bad because we in the firearms community should support each other, but the dishonesty here is really unacceptable. I shouldn't have to bug and pick and beg to receive a product I ordered. Another problem I have is they told me (and it's right on Osiris's front page) that Polymer80 was out of stock of their frames and was slow to restock. P80's website had all of their products shown as in stock throughout this ordeal. I think this must be another stall tactic.

Please read all these reviews on this company here - every one of us has had a similar experience. Remember - If it's too good to be true, it's probably not true.
