The Orthaheel sandals I purchased appeared to be what I ordered, and I liked the appearance, but I did find the straps to be uncomfortable in between my toes, so I only wear them for short periods of time. The service was good, and the delivery was reasonably fast.
Orthoticshop was a very nice place to shop, they ship your order instantly. I ordered orthaheel sandals and was disappointed, I didn't care for the feel of the huge arch support under my foot when I walked.

Because of previous experience with another company I ordered a size smaller than my shoes size for the thongs. I recommend it.
For people with a size of 11 to size 12 feet don't have narrow feet. You need to make the flip flops wider. I'm sure I can't be the 1st one to have let you know.
